The atmosphere feels peaceful and homely, making it easy to relax. The buildings are not wheelchair accessible, so it’s a good idea to check with them in advance if accessibility is important. The staff are extremely supportive, polite, and accommodating, always ready to help with anything you need. I spent time in Istanbul and decided to stay here because it was the closest and remotest. It's only a two-minute walk away, so I give this location praise for being quite close to the city's core and to the bars and eateries. The room itself was pretty good. There was a kitchen, a small refrigerator, and a little stove you could use. The problem was there were no pots or pans and there was nothing to cook with, so having a full kitchen was useless. The manager and receptionist requested a pot or pan or something to cook the morning egg for both nights I was there and they said they would leave some on the doorstep. Nothing the next morning. We also didn't see anything in the morning. And no update either. We were left without pots or pans, and for some reason our room was leaking water, so our towels were used to mop the floors. Its cold winter, so why the heater was leaking is beyond me. Also, the beds were very hard. A double bed is actually two beds together, so there is a crack in the middle. Also, the shower kept floating down, so you had to stand exposed to it to get a good shower. It was very unpleasant. Due to a lack of service and functions, I had a hard time using this room. This hotel has a very nice and helpful place. The location is close to Takumi Square, so you only have to walk 5 minutes with them. I wish them good luck.

First apartment we got (and booked) was dirty and not in good condition. The staff was great and gave us a new room for the rest of the stay. Second apartment was much better, not great condition but at least clean. Ok for the price but with a bit of effort could be much better. Location is good and felt safe.

Nice property , the owner owns more than one building you get a choice , where i stayed was good i was treated very good from all the staff, specially from Batu, he helped me alot, showing me around , next time i go to Istanbul that is the place i will recommend to anybody, thank you aga to Batu he was very kind to help me with suitcase, i wanted to tip but my driver came to go at airport he was rushing and i fory to tip Batu but next time imake sure i will tip him in advance

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds, decent size flat (for a couple). Flat could have a bit more kitchen utensils. Surrounding are not the nicest but has loads of shops and transportation
