We stayed for two weeks and never got bored and did not disappoint. The hotel has a very nice and pleasant atmosphere, we sincerely thank the entire preson for ensuring he had cherished our vacation and hope to meet again soon! A very good hotel in the heart of the old town, but the sounds of nightlife are not present here. Cleanliness is high, the cleaning ladies are very kind and smiling, our room, number 105, was always fragrant. Very tasty meals and large portions, chef is genuinely renowned. In addition to being helpful with any request (taxi, cruises, buses, waitresses and waiters are also very friendly, courteous, and cheerful. Enis, an extremely friendly man, plays and sings in evenings as well as his wonderful voice. Its incredibly enjoyable to sit down with brisk drinks while listening and singing with him. We warmly welcome the whole presley, especially for the parrot aswell,

This place is incredibly cozy and lovely. The staff is friendly and courteous. Its in a perfect location. I cant wait to return here. One of the best restaurants ive ever had is the cuisine. Live music and belly dancing are held on certain evenings. Meet the talking parrot, named babu, next to the swimming pool. Hes hilarious.

We had a great time at this place, the food was excellent, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. We spent ten days there, but everything was fantastic. The room was really cozy, with incredibly comfortable beds. So we will definitely be back soon! We appreciate you making our stay there so enjoyable, castle old town. See you soon.

In the summer, my husband and i stayed here with my daughter. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including onsite staff, sprinkling pool, and price. My 7yearold was quite pleased to have spotted tarots on the premises. Although the room was small, it was fine because this hotel is located in the old town. However, there are some areas for improvement that could be made to improve upon breakfast. By turkish standards, they were mediocre in terms of variety and taste.

The hotel was ideal! Perfect location, close to everything (restaurants, pubs and shops, tourist attractions, etc. ), yet it is quiet. The rooms were clean and tidy. They have a hairdryer, ice maker, kettle with cups, shampoo and shower gel. Their service was excellent! Unfortunately, when we arrived, they gave us tastiest triple room because it was on the last floor and we kept hitting our heads. We asked for another room but all of them were booked. When i got able to get mr. Senay and hamaseh were very helpful and kind. On my last day, while waiting for the taxi to go to the hotel, she gave me pyjamas so ive been swimming and offered me space to change clothes. There was he cute and funny parrot that welcomes you and makes cat sounds. Overall, my experience was great. This hotel should be given four stars. I am in love with this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

I came to turkey for 10 days with my wife. We were very satisfied with the hotel. They also have a musician named enis, who may be the best sound i have heard in ages, we had so much fun listening to him. Thank you very much for everything. Trev and Julia.

We had a great time in this hotel with my boyfriend and my parents! Hamaseh is incredibly kind, hes renowned and an amazing worker who goes above and beyond for the guest! My parents loved her so much that we asked to take i picture of her on it so she may see it! We also adored the parrot, which talks and even meows. I miss him dearly! The room was lovely, it had minifridge, kettle, hair dryer, etc. It was cleaned daily, and our towels were always changed! Both the lobby and pool area were pleasant, as was the live music. The breakfast was small, according to reviews, but ive found it to be perfectly adequate for tasting if you are vegan. Such reshaping location in the heart of old town. We would return to stay here.

The hotel patio courtyard has loud music every night from 19.00 to 00.00, and the same is even louder from an enormous restaurant directly across the street and within 4 meters of several rooms. Its not relaxing. I cant imagine anyone wanting or coping with this every day of their vacation. Pack antimicrobial spray or cream because my room had some every days. No matter if you have a room for 2 or 4 people, they are mostly 22 square meters. The rooms i saw were clean, pleasant, well decorated. Could not see any disabled access, but they have rooms on the ground floor. Beds were good. There is no coffee, only tea is provided in the room upon arrival along with two small bottles of drinking water. Never replaced. As is shower gel, etc. Always replaced! Breakfast included in your room rate was adequate. Drinking water must be paid for! The patio area is pleasant and has restocked bar, the pool is small but nice. A very cute parrot that miaows and confuses the resident cats, who make sure no rodents dare enter the premises. Parrot bites. Staff is excellent.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is close to the city center and the beach. There are many facilities here. They provide a swimming pool, tv facilities, and scuba diving. We also have naiveteet on the grounds that there is koolkaot lake.
