Az első napokban a személyzet eléggé mufurc volt, de miután folyamatosan köszöntem nekik (persze törökül) és mosolyogtam rájuk, nem volt más választásuk, mint visszamosolyogni. A konyha átlagos, finom török kajákat főznek. A takarítás kielégítő, de kell hozzá egy kis apró... A családi szobák tényleg nagyok, érdemes olyat foglalni.

This hotel offers a reasonable price. The pool was excellent and in a good location. There is a restaurant outside the hotel called Sunset Restaurant. The bartender was nice and pleasant to chat with. It demonstrates that he enjoys his job and wants the best for the customers. The food was satisfactory. All drinks were excluded from the all-inclusive package. Each day there was a bus from the hotel to a club, which was convenient, and they traveled all the way to the club and back.

This hotel comes highly recommended. In this homey all-inclusive hotel, we had a wonderful vacation. The hotel had an excellent position, right next to a lovely beach. The whole crew was welcoming, courteous, and hardworking. It was excellent food, and the hotel also provided additional services, especially a decent massage. It was a nice little bar where you could enjoy cold drinks and food with friendly service and a reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and peaceful the beach was. And, it was possible to obtain a full week beach ticket in advance from the hotel for a lower cost.

The location is good, close to the beach. The hotel staff are rude, can't speak English and flirt way too much with the girl customers. We feel very uncomfortable. Our favorite is restaurantbar Sunset Bar. Bartender jian is very nice. If it wasn't for bartender jihad, we would change hotels. The hotel food was terrible we ate outside everyday even though we have all inclusive. The hotel doesn't have good lighting, we have to use flashlights to walk down stairs. And they only provide one card per room. So we had to share one keycard with 34 people. The only star this hotel deserves is for bartender jihad. Everything else was bad.

The hotel was okay. We had sea view rooms, and the view was lovely. Our room had two balconies, a living room and bedroom, a refrigerator, an unfunctioning air conditioner, and an electronic stove. Three different pool areas with sunbeds. One with slides, which was open several hours per day. If required, the room was cleaned daily. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. All inclusive was okay, with pretty much the same meals per day. Breakfast bread, eggs, some days pancakes, soups, vegetables, and cheerios. Lunch rice, potato, chicken, salads, vegetables, bread, cakes, and possibly some other meat. Dinner rice, chips, chicken, other meats, vegetables, salads, bread, cakes. Several days there were prepared foods like nuggets and chicken steaks. All inclusive included sodas, tea, coffee, juice, beer, wine, and some stronger alcohol. At times, the main pool area had very loud music. Cleopatra beach is very near, just across the street. Alana center is 22. Shopping, atms, bars, and restaurants were close to the hotel. The hotel had 247 stores.

It is highly recommended, as the hotel offers beautiful views from a variety of rooms, and very friendly staff. The beach on alana's lovely coastline is a short distance from the hotel, and the city is only a short distance away. The restaurant food is delicious, however, not very varied. Would you rather have something other to eat? There is nothing wrong with 40 tl in the center of Alana or the busiest hosts Vino and Chan can be found in front of the sunset. There is also a lot to do for young people who enjoy going out. Contact the bar next to the pool, or schedule a meet, and they will show you to the area's top nightclubs! People who complain about this motel have nothing better things to do than to eat. Once more, because with my family, we had a fantastic vacation!.

Greit hotell, grei mat og grei service. Sengene var veldig dårlige, og ved ønske om en overmadrass fikk jeg et dyneliknende klede over madrassen. Dårlig søvn la en demper på ferien.

Ik geef het een ruim voldoende (7). Goede ligging ten opzicht van Kleopatra strand. Letterlijk straat over steken en je bent er. Bedjes en drankjes zijn op strand niet inclusief de all-inclusief formule. Drie zwembaden maar niet al te groot. Onvoldoende bedden bij zwembaden, maar toch nog wel voldoende tafels waar je dan maar aan ging zitten. Hotel faciliteiten prima. We hadden familie kamer met uitzicht op zwembad, ruim voldoende. Elke dag schoonmaak. Keuze eten wat karig en vaak herhaling in de week. Geldt ook voor de snacks gedurende de middag. Wat beetje jammer is dat er niet veel keuze in drankjes is aan de bar. Geen cocktails bijvoorbeeld, wel gin-tonic of wodka. Ook geen gratis wifi. Je doet er beter aan om een e-Sim te kopen, voordeliger en werkt beter.

4 yıldızlı bir otele göre etkinliklerin sayısı azdı. 3 günlük konaklamamızda bir kere etkinlik seyrettik.(Belki o da şansa denk geldi). 3 kişiydik ve yemekleri 2 arkadaşımın midesini bozdu. Hizmetlilerin birkaçı hariç yüzleri asıktı.(Özellikle bar ve resepsiyondaki). Havuz ve aqua'sı fena değildi. Her zaman içecek servisi olması güzeldi.

Konaklamam iyiydi genelde memnundum fakat havuzları çok küçük yetersizdi aynı çeşit yemekler vardı genelde. plajından memnun olmadım. vasat sıradan bir oteldi. internetteki fiyatlarıyla direk otel fiyatları çok farklıydı birebir farkediyor.birdaha tercih edeceğimi zannetmiyorum.

Chose this hotel because it was well-situated and well-priced for my budget. Currently it is not high tourist season and several other hotels were not open yet. As a result, the hotel was fully booked and it sounded like it. It was rather noisy at night. Also had problems with the phone in my room. Eventually had to change rooms because of it. Although food came with the room, it was only average.

Hüsrana uğradık desek yeridir. Çalışanların yüzü bile gülüyordu. Hizmet sıfır bile diyemiyorum çünkü hizmet yoktu. Temizlik rezaletti. İnternetki bilgilerle oteldeki uygulamalar uymuyor. Çocuk oyun odası harabe gibi ve leş gibi kokuyor. Animasyon namına hiçbir şey yok. Saat 23.00 itibariyle hayatın durduğu otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
