Excellent location for a stroll near the corniche with a ferry ride or a subway/metro ride. There aren't many grocery stores though near by, unfortunately. Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly. Will stay again.

VERY NICE !!! the hotel was actually an apartment , large and spacious rooms, with kitchen, counters , and kitchen table and utensils for cooking , nice TV, with 1,000 channels, the staff helps us with arranging the english channels and resequencing then for easy access , the movies and news . The guy at the front desk was allways polite and helpful, when the main guy was not there, there was a secondary guy at front desk, so it was manned 24 hrs a day, he kept our key and valuables when we were out. the room was tiled, and easy to keep clean. I think it is labeled as a 3 star hotel, but with what I saw, it was more like a 4 star, I am sure a few years ago , when new it was like a 5 star. We think it is AMAZING .. thanks Staff at Hafez, and thanks OYO for promoting it
