L"hotel si trova di fronte un grande centro cmmerciale tematico diviso per nazioni molto bello e comodo per ogni esigenza anche per noi che non amiamo lo shopping. vicino c'e stazione autobus per abu dhabi e metro.. la piscina all'8 piano e' comoda unico problema essendo chiusa dal palaxzo va in ombra gia verso le 16 Il personale della piscina del bar della piscina e del bar nomade a piano terra del kids club e' davvero gentile e premuroso... c'e anche una spa e una palestra attrezzata

I recently stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Delia at the childcare centre – she was absolutely fantastic! Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the children made our stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free. I also want to thank the staff who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our belongings after we accidentally left them in a taxi. Their quick response and dedication truly impressed us and showed how much they value their guests. Overall, the service was exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff made us feel completely at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai – you won’t be disappointed!

My stay was very comfortable with clean room and courteous staff. Hotel is located in a very convenient place. Parking was bit of a challenge due to ongoing construction but valet parking staff was very helpful.

Alles war sehr gut. Besonders das Executive Zimmer mit dem extra Annehmlichkeiten, der aufpreis zum Primiumzimmer lohnt sich auf jeden fall. Auch der Transfer Service zum Strand ist sehr schön. Die Einkauf Mall gegenüber ist sehr Groß mit vielen Geschäften. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, natürlich wieder das Executive Zimmer.

Although it was a bit noisy with construction going on it was a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly specially Sampath, Surean and the breakfast chef. Food was excellent the breakfast chef went out of his way to get us Dates fruit. Overall it was a great hotel we will definitely visit again.

Excellent service as always with all the staff, front desk team even down to the two ladies at the little shop in the hotel always friendly. Great connections with the shuttle to the beach only 10 mins, rooms are big and clean.

Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Frühstücksbuffet war eine Wucht. Auch bei zwei Wochen Aufenthalt wird es nicht langweilig. Poolanlage nicht sehr groß, aber absolut ordentlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden!
