Lovely hotel with really helpful, friendly staff. It’s our second time staying here. We ate in the attached restaurant and the food was amazing and prices very reasonable. Would recommend

It's my second time staying in Casuarina, the room is clean as usual. The food served by the restaurant downstairs is yummy.

The staff are very friendly, and the place is clean. It comes with a complimentary breakfast, which is a nice bonus. There are enough parking spaces available. I would highly recommend it for a safe, budget-friendly stay in Mitcham.

Good value for money. The pub below features wonderful Indian food. Very close to the Tram. Great staff.

Overall, everything was good. Seal on the bottom of the shower door dust stop water from escaping. The bathroom floor was swimming. No real drama though, I would stay again

Friendly staff, clean room, free parking - ticks all the boxes for a business trip to London. Yes it is a bit tired, but very willing to overlook because of the value and great food available from the restaurant

Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area

Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop. Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.

I booked a room here through a well-known booking service. Search engines show them as pet friendly. I messaged them a fortnight before our stay to check if this was actually the case. They responded in typical manner, saying they were ready to welcome us for our stay. It appeared a sloppy approach to reply, but it was confirmed that we were ok. When we arrived to check in on the evening of the booking, we were told that we could only stay with our dog unless it was a guide dog. They will not make an exception. So despite the fact that it was freezing cold outside and by this time 11 pm, we were turned away. They still believe that allowing a guide dog justifies the description pet friendly as they still appear in searches for the moment. I'm sure the hotel and restaurant are fine as other guests have suggested. But I am extremely unimpressed with their approach to communicating with clients, I had received my request. it was just the first time I had read it when I checked in, and how they handled this. The well-known booking service also shrugs off their electronic shoulder! I'm not going to speak about the facilities, food, or service since we didn't get to sample them. However, if I had been the manager, I would have used some discretion given the lack of communication on their part
