I love this hotel and come every time I visit Bristol, but I'm disappointed if I can't stay here because the hostel is full, nice reception staff, mention to Annie at reception who remembered us from our last visit three months ago, the bedroom is always clean and tidy. Breakfast is always plentiful, and the staff is all nice, cliche but it's a home away from home.

At first time, 1600, we were at the pub, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The problem, though, came when we were shown the normal sized room. The bed was quite short, and the room was small. We immediately wanted an upgrade, but despite availability of one superior room, we were unable to do so by just paying an additional fee because changes had to be made via application. That means you have to cancel the room first and lose all your money on that reservation. The second issue was that there was a clearly drain odor when using the bathroom. We saw room 1 and 2, and they appeared much better and well worth the extra tenner. By the way, the pub is great. I would therefore rebook, but only room 1 and 2.

I used the hotel parking lot as the driveway was clearly marked, and the checkout process went easily to our room on the first floor. The room had a cozy atmosphere. Small housekeeping issue that was immediately resolved. We had a dinner away from the hotel, previously had dinner at Miller's Cartridge here, which was excellent. We returned to the room, which was quiet despite the large outside noise, it was Halloween, and had a pleasant nights' sleep in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent, with plenty of hot water, although the shower may have a little pressure. Breakfast was delivered to the room, it was delicious, still hot, and quite a bit! I felt deeply sorry that we had only stayed one night and had to leave and go to work. Can't wait to go back.

I met my family at Turnpike for a quiz night. We had a great time, great atmosphere, food was very good and we all had dessert. Food is realistically priced and very good will definitely come back soon thanks to Chris and his team for making us feel so welcome.

This review is late, this is my first opportunity to leave a review. I stayed here overnight prior to an early flight from bristol airport. Information led me to believe that the location was close to bristol bus station so I could easily access the airport flyer service. This was not the case. A taxi from the hotel to the bus station was just under 10 00 when I arrived in the beginning of December it was an unusually cold period in the uk. I was anxious to get to my room, rest, and warm. After a long day, I was tired. The room was nice, but chilly, so I switched the air conditioner on full, but it didn't warm up. It continued to reset to 19 de! There was a strong breeze from the bathroom window and the blanket on the bed was thin and not cosy. I slept but woke up several times throughout the night because I was cold. There were no blankets, extra pillows, etc. in the wardrobe as you would normally expect from a hotel. Not the most comfortable, relaxing, but ok. Not sure if I would stay again.

It has a strategic location. It is close to restaurants, shops and the river. It's a very comfortable place. The rooms are very clean. The staff is also very helpful and helpful. The price is worth it with the good quality. There is a car park, which is only open until midnight the next day.

After visiting the bristol hippodrome, I stayed one night. A pleasant place a short walk from the hippodrome Elsa. If you hadnt read any previous reviews, parking in the city center is difficult to locate. The parking lot is on the left, through a spiral arch, if you are standing in front of the hotel. Pay parking fees outside the hotel because these are charged to the room and reduced to 16 euros for the entire night compared to the advertised 34 eur. The nearby Miller and Carter restaurant! 4. The hotel provided some really lovely interior design. The room itself was contemporary, with water and coffee in the space. Additionally, utilized the iron and ironing board. The noisy neighbors were the main drawback. A selfservice breakfast buffet that includes both English and continental fare. I was nearly finished my breakfast, but the wait for coffee was the only drawback. For special occasions, Id think returning!.

We stayed here for a while but nothing too special. The hotel was very nice, the walls were very thin, and we had an independent room, so we were greeted early by loud revelers on both sides. The front desk personnel was very polite and pleasant. There are many gluten-free options and a wide variety of vegan choices. The room was well-presented with a dressing robe and slippers, but the hotel bar was closed early because of staff sickness. If youre going because of the standard christmas market, it is not huge and not particularly exciting. I have a soft pillow that day, but the hotel pillows are hard as rocks so I can somehow minimize the noise. And then the restaurant was under par for a hotel of this price range, but not a good gluten-free option. Be careful if you want to walk into a restaurant and want to get a table, I strongly advise you to reserve in advance. It isn't very big and not very interesting because

I was staying here for work. I get the opportunity to stay myself as I always book others to stay here for work. Beautiful hotel in the center of Bristol. Hotel check-in was courteous and the staff was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel decor is a mix of elegance and modern graffiti art prints dotted around. The bar staff was also great. My room was on the 1st floor and a very good size. Bathroom and shower were good size with plenty of hot water. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided for you and a good brand. Tea, coffee, and water are all in the room and are good quality. Lifts were all light, bright, and quick to get to the floors. Breakfast was great, everything to suit everyone. The hotel parking lot is great and secure. Would definitely go back and stay for a weekend break to discover more of bristol.

You won't sleep until midnight, even though they gently caution you to the noise. Although bizarre, the rooms are accessible by a strange upstairs rear door, and once you have the key, you are totally self-service. If you like spas or cider, this is a lovely pub. The bartender didn't know if the chardonnay was red or white.

It was a really nice experience. The room was immaculate, the staff was very attentive and friendly. There is also a delicious breakfast menu which is all very varied. The location is just 10 minutes walk to the shopping center. Also, a special mention should go to the receptionist for their kindness during lunchtime and weekend check-in.

Good location, nice room, dressing gowns, great shower, minibar, comfortable bed, large to big, friendly front of house. Had to stay in Bristol for work. Stayed in a few hotels in and around Bristol. One of the better places I have stayed here and would definitely come back. I didn't eat so can't comment on the restaurant.

I spent one night on the way to Bath Christmas Market. The receptionists were very efficient in assigning the clean and spacious rooms. Dinner and breakfast were more than adequate. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to stay if you are passing through or have business in Bristol.

This hotel is beautiful and has clean rooms. The staff is incredibly nice. The location is ideal. When the kids arrived, we were given a Marriott activity pack and Teddy. The food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay, only the key I was given didn't work, so I had to go back to the reception to reactivate it, but aside from that, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were a good size unlike other hotels, although I didn't need a few biscuits to go with the tea coffee.
