The hotel was like 15 minutes walk from the train station. It wasn’t the nicest walk but still doable while dragging 1 large luggage. Tips: there’s a free HOP! bus (NOT the hospital hopper one), which can take you from the station to the bus stop across the hotel vice versa. The room i stayed was spacious. I loved the mini fridge which covered like *spoiler alert* Marshall speaker.

We stayed at the novel in Leicester, and our room was newly refurbished and spacious. I would like to express my gratitude to Shelley for going above and beyond to assist me and my toddler at breakfast one morning. These little gestures make you think of the place and want to return. Thank you Shelley and the wonderful breakfast team.

The food here was delicious, and that's why we ordered 3 slices of bread per sandwich, and the price was quite affordable considering the quality and location. The atmosphere was so serene. The employees here were so helpful and friendly. We can enjoy a nice night's sleep in a comfortable room.

It's a good hotel, the location is good, and there's no noise. The bed is comfortable, but I couldn't get a stream since it kept crashing. But the room is a good size, well worth the money.

One of the most eccentric places I've ever stayed, and the structure itself is breathtakingly gorgeous and is now being used as a hotel. Our apartment was really large, and it had been designed with a contemporary, quick look aesthetic. The bathroom was equipped with a high-tech shower and complimentary toiletries that weren't cheap and really lovely soaps or anything, just what girls wanted. Lots of space in the kitchen, couches, and eating, both of high quality. I had to change the reservation to add another friend, and the lady on the phone dealt with my query beautifully and professionally, and the entire staff was fantastic, they can't do enough for you. The Graham Hotel's hospitality is superb! The location was excellent in the heart of Leicester, and the bar also serves fantastic drinks. This location is perfect for you if you need excellent 5 nights! Thank you Graham Hotel and staff for making my birthday special!.

We will definitely be back there. Excellent location and accommodation. Comfortable, immaculate, and spacious rooms with all amenities including soundproofing heating and air conditioning. The staff is pleasant and helpful nothing too much difficulty. Good facilities for our dog.

We recently returned from two nights at the Graham Aparthotel. The accommodation and all of the public spaces were fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant, particularly dominique the reception manager and the bar manager. I didn't remember the name of the staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the city's attractions. The only drawbacks would be that the bathrooms had more full-length mirrors and hooks, but other than that, I highly recommend them.

This hotel has a great location. The hotel also has a comfortable couch with a great bathroom and vanity mirror. The place is also cozy and spacious. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Moreover, the room was cool with a sofa to relax on, plus they also have a bathroom that can be used as a shower and a vanity. Also, the breakfast was amazing and the drinks were excellent. Besides that, the room had bottled water, so I could have ordered this from the bar. I will definitely come back to stay here again.

We've stayed in this place many times for business. But, this hotel is still worth the money. I hope you enjoy it.. The cleanliness was excellent with this modern hotel as well. And then, the staff was friendly. After that, every room I have stayed in had a shower, and their facilities were also excellent.

Great location it's in the renovated section of the city opposite the wonderful John Lewis store. The rooms are excellent too, large, with a good air conditioning system, comfortable beds, a safe, a drinks cooler and the usual bits and pieces you'd expect. No noise from other rooms on the night we stayed, clearness can't fault it. Two minor issues the bathroom sink is an odd design impossible to fill the kettle the tap is so low to the sink the kettle is horizontal to it you have to use a beaker to fill it and in the main room there is a tall cylindrical light next to the window with a concealed led bulb really bright light much better than the usual dull room light you normally get in hotels but the only way to turn this off is to get on your knees to get to the plug at floor level between the bed I shelf and the fitting itself I have never seen a light in a hotel without a switch before, other than that I explained it wasn't explained. My only complaint is that this hotel reception desk is small and only a few feet from the entrance door which means some guests have to squawk if theres a very small que and one receptionist spoke in whispers and had to ask him to repeat things. The other male receptionist a younger guy looked like he had just been updated his house was being repossessed,
