I had a wonderful stay and would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Vibha for her exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Her dedication to providing outstanding guest service was evident throughout my stay. To my delight, Ms. Vibha generously upgraded my room to a beautiful suite with a kitchen, which significantly enhanced my comfort and overall experience. Her thoughtful gesture, combined with her professionalism and kindness, made me feel truly valued as a guest. Exceptional service like hers is what sets a great hotel apart. Thank you, Ms. Vibha, for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service and genuine hospitality.

The gentleman at the reception desk with a French accent helped us a lot with the check-in process, since we had 10 family members, over 10 big to small luggage, and 3 room reservations over 2 days. He is friendly and professional in sharing all the information we need. The only disappointment was that the hotel management closed the B1 public meeting room after 8 p.m., so I had to sit at the lobby table for 2 hours to meet my team in California. Two Merlin Waterloo staff members that night were not that friendly and helpful during that critical time.

We had a room with a kitchen which made breakfast quick on our way to touring. It is clean, staff clean every second day, extremely central, buses, tube and train get you everywhere. Staff were helpful. This was our second stay.

Excellent 7 night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities, including a self laundry were just what we needed. The location, across the street from the nearest Tube station was ideal, as well as its overal lproximity to major attractions in London. Overall an excellent place to spend your days and nights in London. We will return.

This was my third time at Marlin. First it is in a great location and rooms are priced reasonably. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Having a kitchenette is really useful. Overall great hotel and i will be sure to come back in the future.

Luggage storage on arrival was so convenient! All of the Marlin Waterloo staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were helpful and friendly. The location is near every form of public transportation. I also enjoyed walking to excellent restaurants, historic sites, theaters and the Borough food market. Our hotel room was clean with a comfortable bed and amenities including conditioner (much appreciated for my long hair). We’ll definitely book early and stay at the Marlin Waterloo again. Thanks for an overall outstanding experience on our first visit to London!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Deluxe Suite was spacious and perfect for a family with kids. Tube station right across the road and Sainsbury’s nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in London. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Westminster, also ideal für einen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer war groß, mit einer kleinen Küche und einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine nebst Kapseln. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert. Das Frühstück bietet typisch englisches und kontinentales Frühstück. Leider ist nur ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden, an dem sich regelmäßig eine Schlange bildet. Bedauerlicherweise war das freundliche Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet unterbesetzt und kam kaum mit dem Nachfüllen hinterher. Ansonsten war nichts zu beanstanden und wir kommen gerne wieder.
