For our wedding anniversary, my husband and I stayed for 7 nights. We opted for the room only because we liked to remain in bed after a long night, but on our final morning, we had breakfast before we got home. Plenty of options and good, friendly service. Binoculars and espresso machine fridge are a nice touch. Great view from the pier, you could see the zip wire! a little noisy by the traffic, but I suppose that's a bright, active atmosphere! Excellent dining options, well worth the trip down from Yorkshire. I would return there.

The place has 4 stories but no lift. If this is a problem for us, just beware if the rooms are on 4 stories. If the location is in the center of brighton, 34 minutes walk to the pier and 10 minutes to the pavilion. Parking is free if you book directly through the property. There are only 6 parking spaces, but we were there, never more than 4 in use. Excellent breakfast option and a lot of restaurants nearby for an evening meal.

I have stayed in different rooms and in a room with a view several times, and it has never been a bad experience. All the rooms are lovely and comfortable to live in. The staff is excellent, always friendly, helpful, and effective. Breakfast is excellent. The location is ideal for the lanes, the harbor, and the pier, and parking is a great bonus! No, the free coffee in the rooms is not instant, it's an espresso pod machine. Much better!.

Overall, we had a great time. We stayed in a room on the first floor with an ocean view and a balcony, which had the WOW factor with a stunning view of brighton pier. So, I would say that the accommodation was exactly as described. A few minor observations Car parking is quite tight, with just enough room for two rows of three cars, if they are parked nose to tail. On arrival, you must park on the road and go in to be informed which space to use, because they are allocated based on your arrival departure times. As a previous reviewer noted, there is no hosting at this i. You are shown to your room, and their efficient staff serves a nice high quality breakfast. It is so close to the center, and brighton can get very popular, so there is no direct contact with the owners and no overnight overnight. The room does have double-glazed sash windows, which helps. And earplugs are available.

We were to travel to brighton in April for our anniversary, but we had been a guest the week before. We were able to schedule another holiday date due to the fact that it was too late to cancel, so I asked for a room with a view, and they were able to move our three-night visit to July, another date we could arrange, but with limited spaces available for that day, they had to move us to a more expensive room, which we didn't mind. We were incredibly helpful, and the best decision we made ultimately came about when we reflected upon their work. We were on the ground level, and the white signature room, which is on the first level, was not suitable for use because we were blowing as we climbed the top. But, it was worthwhile, because the pier one way and the marina the other were both very roomy and offered binoculars to view further. They also placed a fan in our room because it was very warm. Due to the heat, we had to leave the windows ajar at night, but earplugs were provided so we could not hear the walk-in shower as well. Very pleasant restroom, offering a stand alone bath in a walk-in shower. excellent breakfast options and excellent advice on how to eat out in the evenings. They have 6 parking spaces outside the hotel, of which we used
