Due to work being done on our home, I had the pleasure of remaining here with my husband for ten lovely weeks. The proprietor theresa was charming and welcoming from the start. Everything was very difficult for her, and she was gracious and helpful throughout our stay. Karen, the housekeeper, was very attentive and made sure that the entire facility was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. All of the personnel on site were knowledgeable about the region and welcoming. Parking wasn't an issue for us. Because we weren't bound by strict times like some of my I am, breakfast was perfect for us. Because solihull was only a stone's throw away, there was a ton of alternatives, and there were more choices for breakfastsbrunch. Theresa was quite informative about local hotspots for good food, and takeaway leaflets were distributed in common areas. We observed that this was particularly useful for visitors unfamiliar with Solihull and the surrounding areas. Anything needed during our stay was provided for us, which was particularly useful given that my husband has a disability that limits his movement on some days. The dog, Barney, was a lovely addition to me, greeting each visitor who came to stay. We were delighted to be stopping in such a wonderful setting for ten weeks, and I'll stop by whenever I'm in the area to see how theresa, kar

When I arrived with a very early start, a 3-hour 15-minute drive, and extensive day sales training, Teresa was kind and helpful enough, I was disappointed that there was no parking on site and no apologies. The property is spotless and very clean, in terms of decor. The bed was firm and not at all comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. I'm not a big person and found the on suite to be cramped, with an oddly placed glass shelf above the toilet, which could bang your head if you're leaning forward while having a drink. The washbasin was cracked, and there was some dreadful connection wires on it. Breakfast, which consisted of toast, cornflakes, weetabix, musli, cheap white bread, no fruit on the day and day of my visit, inexpensive croissants, and orange juice, was the most disappointing. The instant Turkish coffee was out of date, as was the jasmine tea, so there was not much choice. On the advice of Teresa, I parked at a nearby church, which was very convenient for the town center because it was only a short walk on a path to the property side. To be honest, I was a bit deceived, but I didnt have the time or inclination to complain because I

The town center has a good assortment of bars and restaurants located in a short walk of the property. Although it is offered first come, first served, parking was provided, which was a plus. Due to its proximity to the town center, I decided against eating breakfast at the I. Although I had requested a double or twin bed, I was given two single beds, which would have required considerable effort to move closer together. The room itself was cozy and warm. The bathroom's shower was hot, but it appeared outdated and in need of modernization.
