It was a comfortable stay. I had a good nights rest which was all I needed prior to my flight the same day.

Very friendly place to stay due to the atmosphere in the lounge downstairs. My room had very comfortable bed and bathroom with bathtub. Oh joy! There’s nothing better than soaking after long journey.

I found this hotel online looking for something close to the airport and not too expensive. I stay there to and from my trip to Italy from USA. Easy access from terminal 3 and 5 with the train Heathrow express, I had to change for the terminal 4 but not so difficult. The bus Hoppa 57 at the exit of terminal 5 arrive just in front of the Hotel Travelodge terminal 5. The hotel offers nice big free breakfast from 5 in the morning and dinner with several dishes and affordable prices. The staff we were really friendly. I was travelling alone and felt really safe.

It was a nice and economic hotel close to the airport (10 mins). However, is actually cheaper and more convenient to stay at one of the airports right at the hotel such as the Sofitel Hotel. The main reason is because you always have to pay transportation ( 5 pounds pp) back and forth from the hotel to the airport just to go to city center. The money you save on the hotel you end up spending it on transportation :(

I decided to stay in this hotel because of the travel chaos caused by a storm on February 18th. The receptionist, bartender, restaurant staff, and general help were all vital to making what should have been a long and unpleasant journey smoother. You guys, make this a success!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and have good things. The location is very close to the airport. On a quiet street and many facilities. It takes not long to get to the airport but taxis are the fastest option.

This hotel was our first stop while waiting for our flight. The location was close to the airport, and very friendly when we came late at night. In addition, the staff was very helpful with check-in issues. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. This hotel will make you feel comfortable to stay here.

From here to here it is simple and clean. The facilities here are good, such as the excellent shower. They also serve nice enormous cappuccinos. The employees there offered me a take-away container so I could bring the food to my room. They also served a draughty cappuccino. I also recommend this place to anyone visiting this place to stay.

Two different brands in one hotel ibis and ibis budget. The two brands are located in the same building on a busy street, but the ibis budget rooms are on a different floor, signs in the elevators. Before a flight to the usa, I stayed in the ibis for one night, not the budget one. The oppa bus from terminal 5 arrived at the hotel in less than 10 minutes. There was a payment by bus. We used some of my husbands actor points when we made reservations online, so we only had to pay $15 for the room. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Breakfast is served early in the morning, which is great if you want a quick breakfast if you have an early flight. Due to noise from the nearby motorway junctionroad, we changed from our original room to a quieter room on the opposite side on the one on the opposite floor. Noise from the nearby motorway junctionroad prevented us from moving. It is required to have double glazing, but light sleepers should wear earplugs. The room is roomy and tidy. Bed is cozy. Clean bathroom with a good shower over the bath barrestaurant area was okay and had a basic food menu. Friendly and helpful staff would return to this hotel.

Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines.

Comfortable reasonably priced Hotel 10 mins fom LHR. The Taxi cost us 25 pounds from the airport and 12 pounds to return

Can’t complain about the hotel in general. Good price, decent room, good food. The people at night are very upbeat. Just make sure you know that’s there’s actually a bus going to this hotel. It’s not actually by terminal 5 of heathrow airport. It’s very very far. My first night in England and I had to walk to that hotel.

Nice, comfortable and close to airport with convenient bus service. Could do with more than just one bath towel per person and the individual small soap and shampoo as provided in similar hotels in Canada.
