Excellent location, clean and comfortable property, helpful and knowledgeable Staff, quiet location considering Highway 70 was very close by. Simple, newer decor, which was OK with me, not a "luxury" property, but very comfortable! I would stay here again.

Great little independent hotel. I see some other reviews have spoken about the nearby train going by and the thin walls. The train is definitely close, but once I was asleep, I never heard it again. And I never did hear any of my neighbors either, so I guess your mileage may vary. All in all, a surprisingly spacious room, very clean, with a clean bathroom. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with a great attitude. No complaints, no notes.

The rooms were very nice, the staff helpful and courteous. The hotel is located 5 minutes walking to the old town area that has good resturants, supermarket and other useful shopping. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Family owned and operated. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Very small place so make reservations early. Local folks. Knew where the "Mike the headless chicken" statue was located. I'd go back again and again.

Clean, decent breakfast selection. Check in very easy as handled by text. Some train noise, however the AC fan blunted this well; we couldn’t get the overhead fan to stay on without the rearward room light also left on (single wall switch for both). Overall restful night.

Nice to have a updated room. Very clean. AC worked great. Water very hot. Beds are OK, some will like them some won't. Lots of room. Ceiling fan is nice to have. Staff was friendly. A bit noisy. The train tracks are close so you get the occasional horn blast as they go thru intersection. Some road noise from US6, none from I25. Breakfast was very basic continental style but nice variety. Various bars, oatmeal, coffee, teas, basic pastries, breads, yogurts, milk. Only breakfast con was apples were the only fruit. But grocery store is a block away, so it's easy to get some if you want it.
