We absolitely loved our time black bear lodge. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the staff was awesome!! There is so much to do there! we couldnt even get to it all. Definietly going back and definitely booking at the black bear.

Friendly and courteous staff. They gave us a great room with a view of the ski slopes. Offered to help when my daughters car battery died.

The facility itself is impeccable, the suite we had was the best layout of any other family suite we every stayed in. The service was great, especially Dennis at the front desk who could not have been more welcoming and helpful!

It was great. We were there for hockey tournaments. So we really didn't get to sight sea much but a beautiful place the mountains are so beautiful.

Great location. Close to everything. Parking is very easy. Seconds from Town Square and minutes from the mountain. Very nice and cozy room. However, could have been cleaner. It was clean enough, but some smaller things were overlooked. We had to do some minor cleaning of our own, but nothing too crazy. The staff were excellent. We had to check in very late and Pat waited up for us! She greeted us with a smile at midnight and was great at check in. This was and is greatly appreciated! My kids absolutely loved the pool. Great stay overall. We would definitely return.

We had a great time and the kids loved being in a big hotel room. The place was ok, needs updated and the pool/jacuzzi was not very clean. The location was perfect, beautiful views and places close by to walk around, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for a ski weekend at any of the 93-N mountains of NH. Waterville, Loon and Cannon all nearby and easy to get to. Property was in great shape. Modern rooms, clean and comfortable. Only issue was the pull out couch still had some debris inside, some found MnM's and Doritio dust on the sheets. Other than that, room was in great shape. Chairs in the living room could use an update.

Great staff and amenities, great location with lots to do. My room was a bit outdated, but friends staying in other rooms were more updated so seems like they are in the process of changing things over. Great (but small) indoor/outdoor pool- fun!
