We dropped off our luggage to head over to Disney springs while waiting to check in and by the time we got back and to our room they had already dropped our luggage off for us. Great experience, and great staff as usual!

I was a little nervous since this is on the "value" properties. I was wrong. This was, without a doubt, one of my favorite places to stay and I will definitely look into booking here again in the future. As a note, we took advantage of the water park offers and got stormed out, almost immediately after paying for a locker, etc. We should have paid better attention to the weather forecast, but in my excitement for Disney, totally forgot to do that. However, the pools on the All Star Resorts are all well maintained and we got our water time in that way, instead 😀

All Star Sports Resort employees was rude when first checking in. When asking questions on checking in it was like the lady didn’t wanna be there. I had just a few questions the lady even rolled her eyes and of course you do. My family paid a lot of money to have a good experience. What we received was very unacceptable, from dirty room to the food being under cooked. Drink machine only working half the time. The list goes on. The only good experience we had was the park transport system. The Disney bus drivers were on top of things.

We enjoy staying in the ‘Magic’ for a fraction of the cost of the other Disney resorts. The buses were prompt, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly!

The room was very nice and clean. Well maintained as well. The food court had great choices and the free waterpark pass was the cherry on top!

Even though it’s one of the lesser priced hotels it was all I needed. The place was easy to navigate, buses transported you to the various parks, early admission to the parks, family friendly, etc. I would definitely stay there again.
