This is a nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly, especially Melanie at the front desk. She helps out wherever needed, always friendly and professional. The pool is refreshing. Wouldn't be better to have some lounge chairs. The bed is comfortable. This place served our purpose of visiting and swimming with manatees at the Crystal River.

A functional facility, but seemed to be short of creating a nice atmosphere. Clean and cozy with polite personnel but small, older refrigerator and maybe a dehumidifier sitting in the room. The bathroom is small and has screw holes in the wall from a missing dryer, iron, or something. Breakfast was adequate. Pool not working, just discovered after checking in. Good enough as a place to sleep but they could do better.

The only downside of this place is the stowage of the hotel, the cleanliness of this hotel is nice. They also give a dog service. As a result, they make a room at the hotel safe and clean.

Over the years, I've frequently stayed here when visiting family. The hotel needs a bit of work, but the staff is incredibly nice. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom and room were both clean. Although I have never seen security on site, I don't think there is any in the parking lot since there is a cop car that is constantly in the parking lot, but the car never seems to move and there has never been a police officer. The hallways smell like smoke, as if it has been covered up with overused air fresheners. The bathtub didn't drain correctly, and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. It might be beneficial for people who can sleep soundly with white noise, and the walls are rather thin. This hotel was 169 dollars per night, which is overpriced.
