The TV didn't work, but everything else was great. Friendly staff and all of my concerns were addressed.

Easy check in and comfortable stay. Being able to take the stairs or elevator to our room was a plus.

I stayed for 3 days and the rooms are pretty nice. Especially the bathroom. The staff is pretty helpful. They charge extra for early check in depending on the time you arrive. The only downside is that there are no microwaves in rooms. You have to come downstairs to the lobby to warm up any leftovers you may have. But overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area.

Very pleased with our five-day stay. Very reasonable rate for a busy time in NYC. The location is super convenient to the subway, Times Square, Broadway, etc. The hotel room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The WiFi wasn’t super quick but it was adequate and we weren’t there to sit on our iPads. Helpful, friendly staff from check-in to housekeeping. Absolutely would stay there again.

The staff are always excellent. The rooms are clean, it's convient, and the rates are great. The air-conditioning needs work and the TV may have worked but we were unable to figure out the way into the system. We've stayed here a few times and will continue to do so. Just fix that AC!

It was value for money and well maintained in the heart of the city. Only improvement I would suggest is to add few additional things in the bathroom

Spacious. Friendly, approachable, and helpful staff. 3 blocks from Subway . Patio space is very nice. Good breakout space without leaving the hotel. A/C was excellent. Overall one of the best stays I've had in NY.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a member of the media & press for international productions, I’ve stayed at many hotels in NY. Hudson Yards Hotel has become my absolute favorite spot in the city. From arrival, the experience was seamless & welcoming. A truly calm, quiet atmosphere rare in NYC. The front desk team stood out, especially Simone, who was warm, professional & incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Terrance was exceptional as well, kindly assisting me w/ multiple heavy suitcases while I was in the middle of a video prod for celebrity clients. His support made everything easier & stress-free. Tisha was also wonderful, so kind & uplifting. The garden is a beautiful area for relaxation & feels even more peaceful after a long day.The hotel itself is simple, elegant & comfortable, never ostentatious, just well-designed for both business & rest. My room was beautiful spacious, clean & featured a very comfortable king bed. Perfect for recovery after long prod days. What I appreciated most is the balance: excellent value, quiet environment & a location that feels more refined & peaceful compared to Times Square often too noisy for my work.Hudson Yards Hotel offers a rare combination in NY professional hospitality w/ Simone & genuine kindness from staff, & a relaxing environment that supports both business & rest. It’s efficient, calm, & consistently well managed, w/a team that truly makes the difference.Highly recommended & without question my preferred stay in NYC. I look forward to returning.
