Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Location is PRIME. Close to just about everything, great dining and shops and the beach is ACROSS the street. No more than a 10-15 minute walk gets you to even quieter and more remote beach locations. We honestly did realize how much we loved this hotel until we switched locations for the second part of our trip and we missed it! There IS street noise but ANY of the hotels in this location would have the same issue. By night 2 we barely noticed. It’s a busy part of the island! I’m a hospitality snob and truly would recommend this Hyatt to absolutely anyone!

My husband and I traveled with our 7-month-old son, it was our first time staying in Waikiki. The hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed for our trip. We used the on-site pool only once during our stay; it was not overly crowded and quiet. Being directly across the street from the beach was nice and convenient. We thought the hotel would have beach chairs and umbrellas for guests; however, we ended up having to rent them for the day. The room was always cleaned when we got back from our day exploring and did not have noise issues from the elevators. Our room was directly across from them, so we were concerned about guest noise. The only noise that would occasionally wake my husband or me up was the occasional knocking of the slide doors due to the gust of wind, since we were just on the back side of the towers with the city view. Overall, the hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The Friday night that we were staying there was a military event and a high school prom, which over-crowded the self-parking garage. The hotel was understanding and honored the self-parking rate even though we had to utilize valet parking. Would definitely recommend Hyatt Regency to friends and family.

Loved our stay! Hotel staff was so nice. Chairs, towels, boogie boards were available to use at the beach for no extra charge. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again!

The view of our balcony was great, the room was really clean and the staff kept it clean everyday. The location of the resort is excellent, a few steps from the beach, and within walking distance from shops, something from everyone, from high end to Target.

Everything was great and housekeeping was very nice and did a great job in our room. One concern that I do have is regarding an establishment that hands out moisturizing packets from a salon called. ReNew. Staff are very aggressive and one particular gentleman was downright rude when we said no to his sample. Unfortunately, we tried to avoid that entrance at all costs and that could lead to some discomfort from other guests as well. Overall, you have a beautiful property. We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate using it again if we ever visit Waikiki in the future.

Housekeeping was excellent. We didn’t get our room clean but when I called them for things, they came within 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly in the beach view was beautiful.

The Oceanfront Jr Suite was wonderful and better than expected! Both the bed and pullout sofa bed were very comfortable. The staff was the friendliest of all the places we visited while on the island. We found that the drinks at the pool bar were pretty high priced and low on the “spirits” lol but that’s my only quirk about the hotel. It’s perfectly located, and everything is within walking distance in either direction. I will stay here again when I return!
