I love the comfortable room size and the nice lil kitchenette and coffee maker view from the room. However, the staff is very accommodating and will extend the check-out time by half an hour.

The gate arm was annoying. I had to search for a spot inside to locate a spot. I also had to locate a card to leave under the windshield. Parking was free. The gate arm was frustrating to me. The parking lot had to be squealing and inconvenient to maneuver. There are four stories on the property. At the last minute, extra visitors would arrive, assuming there was no pandemic caused by an airborne bacterium. As I was reliving in Sequoia National Park, my outer clothing became dusty as I was soaking in the experience. I frequently used the guest laundry. This is a wonderful establishment. I had trouble initial procedure because the key card would not open the door to the room I was given. After that hurdle, I enjoyed a variety of aspects of the space there where I could hang my garments. The mattress, bedding, and pillows were all appealing to me. The sound and programming options are enjoyable. I tried breakfast on the second day. The morning meal was a decent way to start the day. There were numerous juice options. There were numerous hot cuisine options. On the second day, I attempted to use the microwave and refrigerator. The freezer proved to be incredibly useful. The microwave was disappointing. Because it didnt have a reheat setting, which I frequently use. I brought tea, and it turned out that the coffee maker

There are numerous hotels available in Visalia, but this is the one I will always choose to visit. The staff here are very friendly and always helpful with restaurant recommendations, warnings about road construction, and so on. Things that go above and beyond job expectations. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, clean, and quiet. They had a great night's sleep in their comfortable beds. The location is also a big advantage. It is located in the center, close to many dining and shopping choices. The free, well-kept parking is also a big advantage. Especially if you are a woman traveling alone.

We stay here for three nights because it is close to National Parks. I would like to add that every staff member we encounter was humourous, polite, and professional. This reflection of the management team. The hotel was spotless and had daily housekeeping services. Breakfast was complimentary and varied, including cooked oatmeal. The trip would be greatly better if every hotel was this accommodating. Many thanks to the entire team.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and they served a decent breakfast. Plus, they provide an elevator at the back of the hotel, but the condition is very cluttered.
