Hotel within close range from Newark Liberty Airport with free shuttle to and from airport. The drop off location is different from the information given.

The location was quite close to the gate and the main road so it was possible to go on as a straight walk, but not so much as the distance to the street in a traffic jam. The staff was also helpful. The room was great, and the breakfast was even better on weekdays than on the weekends.

The only drawback I found here was in the restroom. Although the bathroom was very spacious and well appointed, the shower odored musty. I realized that the shower head appeared to have not been cleaned since the late Jurassic and had mold between the water aperture, while the rest of the shower appeared clean. I would probably choose a different hotel if I had to leave Newark in the future. My suite here was fairsized and included a tiny living room, two tables, and a small kitchen. Although I did not utilize the microwave, the minifridge was very cozy. The bed was quite cozy. This was a welcoming hotel with very welcoming personnel, and the hoteltoairport shuttle departs very early in the morning, I believe they told me it began at four in the morning, however make sure you reserve a seat the day before you require it.

We stayed on October 810 and 2022. Booked three rooms. The wifi in every room is down. The receptionist Emilie informed me, saying there is nothing she can do. Our rooms have no internet access. AC in my suite room. We slept one night without AC. Since they stated they were fully booked, it was impossible to transfer to another room. The ac was fixed the next day, but it was switched off again in the middle of the night. There aren't enough towels. The first day, they only provide towels, we must ask the receptionist for a towel the next day, and they only provided us 2 towels and face towels because he said he only had 4 left. Breakfast is excellent. Waffles, pancakes, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins. If this is how they operate, I can't recommend it to others.

I have never stayed at a Best Western before, but this place has far exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious and comfortable and the amenities inside are sufficient. The general manager, Ernest, was polite and kind during check-in. He was also kind enough to allow us to grab some tea bags from the breakfast room as we headed out. The only complaint was the shouting and profanity that some other guests were engaging in. Ernest apologized for the noise, and we felt we were in good hands because he would handle everything. The property is fortunate to have him, in my opinion.

Before our flight the next day, we stayed here. It was clean, the restaurant was decent. There isn't much around that area. However, there is a mall across the street you can spend some time in. The shuttle from the airport was good.

I had a great time. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. I recommend this hotel for both quiet time, meetings etc. The breakfast was very tasteful, and the choices were also very tasty. It was very easy to get to. I had no problem finding the location. I was able to park near the door.

This hotel offers cheap and clean room. The condition of this room is good. The location is strategic near Newark. But unfortunately, the hotel didn't have many options for dinner.

From start to finish, the staff is very friendly and help us. Our room was cleaned and tidy, it was changed from what I thought it was at first. I think there are many varieties of breakfasts and coffee available.
