We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are big and clean. Staff are very friendly and the receptionist are very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The hotel has an older vibe but it is a great location and is very cute! Loved our stay. Read less.

We had visited New York three times before staying in Holland. I like that the parking is free and that you never have to move your car once you've arrived. The hotel was ideal for what we needed, which is a suitable place to stay at night after touring New York City throughout the day. There is a nice employee at this motel, and I have always felt safe there. The room is big enough with a refrigerator and microwave included, and the beds are comfy. The restroom is wonderful, and the shower is excellent. The view of the New York skyline from the room we were in this particular instance was fantastic. The breakfast spread they serve each morning is excellent and a great way to get your day off before you spend the whole day. The path train is only a 15-minute walk away, but it's not a demanding walk.

We had tickets to the Red Sox Yankees game and looked for a place to stay and found this hotel. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast in the morning is free. We would definitely stay here again if we had them too!

I would highly recommend it! I was greeted by wonderful Samantha, who immediately made me feel at home. Her energy was so kind and welcoming, which I appreciated after a long drive to the hotel. She also assisted me in obtaining wifi after my computer shut down and I was panicking. I always have pretty high standards of service on my trips, and she definitely exceeded my expectations. This property is also beautiful, comfortable, and has great food and amenities.

I was in town for work and this place was excellent. Classy, quiet, and pleasant. The lobby is on the second level. I parked under the open foyer on the street level and checked in. The car was fine here. This hotel does not have parking, but there is a garage directly across the street with plenty of parking. The lobby is where everything happens. Check in, restaurant, seating area, and good music. I stumbled upon a room on the 10 th floor for the view. Unfortunately, there are too many taller buildings in the area of view from my window. The room is nice and very comfortable. Bed, sofa very large to, nice bathroom, open closet, a rack, and night tables with a nice lighting switch panel that controls all the lights in the room from one location. The entire staff I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and full of options. In total, this is a great place to stay for one or two nights. The location is pretty central to many things. Restaurants are plentiful and near walking distance. The mall is also nearby. Parking is convenient although you have to park your own car, which wasnt a problem for me, but may be for someone looking for valet services. The food was excellent here. The airport is not far but far enough to go. I recommend this location for your next visit. I know I will definitely be back.

The place was very lovely inside. The bed was comfy, the pool was spotless, the room was large, and there was excellent parking. Although the area does not offer much, it is a short distance from Manhattan, and the savings on parking at another hotel are well worth it. The water was only cold, but I didn't call the front desk so I don't know if that issue could have been resolved.

The bed was changed once during our four night stay. I don't know if that's their policy, but it was confusing. The room was very noisy at night, sounds like a heater from the floor above but permeates our bedroom below all night. The guy at reception is nice and very friendly, and the hotel itself I think was good value for money, with a comfortable large bed and a really spacious and large for New York hotel rooms as well as the bed size and proximity to New York. I believe a homeless man was staying there one night and was probably one of many which was kind of intimidating to see at night when going up to your room. But you get what you pay for, and the price is low for a reason.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of December and can't wait to come back. They always friendly George the banquet service and Mateo at the front desk recommend the great old Italian restaurant. And that's the last one.

It's on Janelle Avenue which is similar to the highway so this is not a place with views. We needed a reasonable hotel near New York. This hotel fits the bill. It is a 20-minute uber ride from the way. The hotel was clean and looked recently remodeled. It was comfortable and the staff seemed friendly.

They provided an uncomfortable room with an unstable internet connection, the bathroom was also good, but the room was so cold. The breakfast was also so disappointing, even though it's not a top choice.

I will return to this hotel at any time. Ive been a Hilton member since the beginning. This is by far the best place Ive ever stayed in. The staff is absolutely great. Above all awesome. Not just one person but every person Ive encountered. Im here with my son and the only thing they do not have is a pool. But that does not matter because he loves the way the staff treats him.

I think the hotel itself was good value for money with a comfy big bed and quite large and big for New York hotel rooms as well as the bed size and proximity to New York.

Very reasonable prices, the neighborhood felt very safe, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It's a bit secluded from public transport because of the location. Buses are only available every hour and a bit of a walk away.

Since we enjoy the convenience of the shuttle and the breakfast, we have previously stayed here. But, when we arrived it said the shuttle would end at 10 o'clock, not midnight, as advertised online. Then, when we went for breakfast, there was only coffee and I. We asked the receptionist, and they handed us two brown bags with a small bagel, cream cheese and orange, granola bar, and small water in our confusion. What! Massive disappointment. My husband doesn't consume cream cheese either. He only had a dry bagel after we asked for butter but it didn't have it. Plus, the room was cozy and clean. We wouldn't sleep well if someone wasn't talking loudly outside our door after midnight. We didn't have a remote in the room, but the staff was prompt and friendly in replacing it.

Because I was in the city for work and pleasure, I simply needed a place to stay the night because I would be away all day, so I didn't really pay attention to amenities. However, the staff was really attentive and kind, and they checked on me each morning to see if I needed anything, except when you have a do not disturb sign. I appreciate the employees!.

We had a pleasant experience staying in this motel. I love that the pleasant staff members make you never have to move your car after you get there and that the parking is free. We visited New York once before and then stayed at the Netherlands three times. The hotel was excellent for our needs, making it a decent location to stay at night after daylong walks through New York. The room is spacious enough with a fridge and microwave, and the beds are cozy. We had never heard any outside noise, and the last time we were in a room, it was a view of the New York skyline. The daily breakfast menu is wonderful and just what you need to get the day started before you walk all day. The path train is only a 15-minute walk away, but it's not a long walk at all.

If we visit this location again, we will definitely come back. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was cozy, and there was as spectacular a view as possible of the Hackensack River from the Caucus Hotel.
