I have been a housekeeping manager for over 25 years, so I can say that the employees here are really amazing! Starting with Golisa and her assistant Angie, parole, and jose in maintenance, and I apologized to the front desk staff that I lost the paper with their names. But I didn't forget fawn. Rarely do I meet someone who just shines head and shoulders above their peers. She changed my room so my daughter could bathe, remembered her name 3 days later and was genuinely interested in her visit. The icing on the cake was seeing her working double shifts for 2 days in a row due to a sick colleague. It was truly amazing that she never complained. My entire family only stays here when we visit my mother. The rooms are always clean! The public space is the same! Shout out to the houseman who is a veteran of our marine and has the same hardworking ethic as before. To conclude. If you are looking for a spotless hotel with top-notch customer service at a very affordable price, this is the place for you! Thank you to the staff and particularly fawn for making our trip truly memorable.

I think the location is good, but it's not worth it because the service of the staff and cleanliness were not good. But the reality is that the rooms are different from what they appear in the pictures, and the bathroom and furniture are dirty. It needs a major overhaul. If possible, I suggest you try another place.

Fantastic place to stay when in the courtyard. Only stayed one night after visiting the solo spa. Room and hotel were very clean and the staff were very friendly. Modern decor. Close to many things and a great stay near the spa. The beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Excellent service. tidy facilities. excellent location. On service, the staff is polite and responsive, from the receptionist to the maintenance personnel. Some go above and beyond, like annette, the breakfast manager. She made us feel at home. I intended to stay at this hotel for a week and then switch to other hotels to see other locations in the New York area. However, annette treated us so well that I extended the stay and remained here for three weeks. Housekeeping was extremely helpful. I had business calls most of the day and did not want to hear anything. I needed cleaning, which they did only every other day between calls, and other days I just required towels and other supplies, which they promptly provided. Sometimes, I ordered doodah. The reception desk graciously called my room if I had missed the delivery text. I didnt want a persistent food odor in the room. Just leave the bag with containers outside and they pick it up frequently. They have a system. The accommodations restaurant, bar, sitting areas, elevators, etc. are always clean. If you stay here, enjoy the New York skyline in the morning and evening. My pictures demonstrate the view. I felt secure walking around the hotel. One word of caution if hotel noise bothers you, avoid staying here. The floors are more thin than I am used to. We could hear every time a child upstairs

This hotel is fully maintained, and it is maintained in good condition. We received several requests, but they were all granted with a grin. But if you need anything, ask the front desk guys, they certainly know it all. We asked about the city, parking, wifi, maps, directions, bus routes, times, they told us which websites to go to, how to get information, how much it is, etc. They are all aware. Hence, the staff was friendly and friendly.

Thank you for another fantastic Marriott experience. Our stay was pleasant and cordial, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel's receptionist was extremely courteous and competent, especially at the late hour of our check-in. The breakfast crew was outstanding, and one particular employee was incredibly pleasant and warm. He even apologized for a small cleanup problem that he had been called to. The air conditioning was excellent, the room and linens were tidy and cozy, and the location was convenient.

We stayed here for one night last week, before a trip from New York City. Considering the poor ratings, I was a little concerned. The hotel performed as planned. Our flight left Newark at about 7:30 am, and we got to the hotel at about 8:00. Upon arrival, the young man at the front desk, luigi, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. He requested that we be held up by the desk, that he would call us when our room was available, and that we help ourselves to the free breakfast in the lobby. Our apartment was ready at midnight. Early check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and spotless. I have no complaints. Bed to be comfortable. A clothes closet. Bench. Desk and a chair. We were able to board a city bus into the Manhattan port authority. The bus stops about a block from the hotel and takes about a 30-minute journey to the port authority. The only downside is that there isn't sidewalk on the one side of the main road where the bus stops, adjacent to the hotel russell avenue. Tickets can be purchased via the no transit app. The hotel has a ferry to Manhattan, but we didn't use it. The complimentary morning breakfast was sufficient. There were cold cereal and milk, plain or raisin bagels, cream cheese, butter, honey and jam, maple syrup, sausage

I recently got a finger that had been cut, so I went to the reception, and the staff were very helpful in setting up the video and audio. And then, the room and the ballroom were also clean. After that, I felt warm and safe. Subsequently, the staff helped me to put the video and audio together.

This is my first time staying at a Hilton, I enjoyed my stay it was quiet, clean and timeless. I needed some rest and I got the one thing I needed. There are many things this Hilton has that I just can't use, so next time, I'll try again.

The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The access to the hotel was right off the highway, so the first time I completely missed it and had to drive around to find it. I was afraid of highway noise but there was a hallway in front of the room that completely blocked the street noise.

For those looking for a cheap option, I recommend the hotel. Last week, my husband and I spent one night here before a trip to New York. Given the disappointing reviews, I was a little uneasy. The hotel was fine. Our plane landed in Newark about 70 a.m., and we reached the hotel about 80 a.m. Mr. luigi, the young man who ran the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. He offered to store our bags behind the desk, told us he would call us when our room was available, and instructed us to help ourselves to the complimentary breakfast in the lobby. Our room arrived at 8 a.m. There was no charge for early check-in and check-out. The room was spacious and tidy. I have no complaints. Comfortable bed. Clothes closet. Bench. Desk and a chair. We were able to board a city bus into the manhattan port authority. The bus stops about a block from the hotel and is about a 30-minute journey to the port authority. There is no sidewalk on one side of the main road where the bus stops, close to the hotel russell avenue. Tickets can be purchased via the no transit app. There is a ferry to Manhattan about a mile away, but we did not use it. The free breakfast in the morning was sufficient.
