Because all of our bedrooms were upstairs, our parents' house required renovation and they had trouble staying with us, so we wanted to find somewhere they could temporarily stay and experience some of the conveniences of home, such as cooking. I believe the ladies at the desk were keisha and cheek, from our first interaction, even before we brought our parents over, we could tell they were the nicest people you could have met, and we and our parents felt very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this extended stay to anyone looking to feel like vip client rather than just a hotel guest.

My first experience while traveling in London, when I came back here and I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the network was down, the staff continued to provide excellent and friendly service. There is a great selection of drinks at the bar. Very clean and accommodating room. I will come back here again.

This doubletree is fantastic and I strongly recommend staying there. They have a great bar with an updated and fresh modern look. They have a convenience area full of drinks, snacks and other essentials. I thought this was a very convenient option. The room does not have a microwave, but they have one in the store area. Skell was extremely helpful and had a sunny disposition. I recommend staying simply based on the service and friendly conversation with him. Overall a wonderful stay.

This is Wanda I, a wonderful hotel representative. She is very friendly. She greeted us on the phone and made sure we checked in smoothly and directed my husband. Then she told him the hotel details and what being a diamond member gave him, as well as how he could find anything related to his stay, they addressed that. Also, the room was clean and the breakfast and other employees were excellent.

When trying to locate the hotel, keep your head up. Due to the number of small roads that surround the hotel, Rps directions get confused, but the hotel signage is adequate. good water pressure and comfortable rooms. The usual breakfast buffet was adequate but adequate. Clean and there are barriers between reception staff and visitors.

First of all, let me begin by saying that skell was fantastic. He told me everything I needed to know about the hotel. Ive been there for 6 days and no one at the front desk mentioned anything about the food and beverage credit line because I am a gold member, but skell did. Second, on my final night, brandon called me, I guess, he's out and told me I own 50 dollars because I went over on something. He wasn't clear about the additional costs. So I'm asking him what went over and how. Really did not get a response aside from saying that I need to come get the balance. Instead of trying to get my money, he should have given details on where the costs were coming from. So I went to the front desk the next morning and skell took the time to find out what might have happened. Turns out that the two days I got food my credit was never applied, the third local was rude. She just acted like she didn't understand what was going on, but overall my stay was good and the hotel is great. Thank you skell, I appreciate your help.
