The entire hotel was spotless, and the room was immaculate. Although there are a couple of other locations we intended to go, the ones we intended to visit were a little farther away, so getting around in town was simple, and their valet was very swift, and our vehicle was always there before we entered to get it. The adorable courtyard with its lovely fountain and rooftop bar are both indispensable features. The hotel was the nicest residence weve ever encountered because of its historic structures, and we ate there a couple of times, and the cuisine was excellent, the beverages were excellent, and there were some noteworthy local distilleries. Lovely accommodation with breathtaking views, a lovely small park across the street, and numerous attractions are close by. The personnel was all incredibly accommodating, accommodating, and accommodating.

Will return. Totally recommend. When it comes to the continental breakfast, Debbie Taska did a great job. They served a great selection and an excellent meal. Very welcoming and kind. The receptionist staff were helpful and friendly both during the day and during the night. The valet service was also prompt and knowledgeable.

I found a new place in Cincy! The phelps is great. The room is similar to most residence inns, but that is where the similarities end. Firstclass breakfast, much better than usual hotel breakfast, and Debbie, Angie, and Tasha take excellent care of guests who come down in the mornings theyre great! The employees are all truly wonderful. Additionally, there arent one, but two hotel bars and one on the roof. My company is based in cincinnati, so I will certainly switch my business and staying at the phelps.

I had a great experience at this hotel, and I particularly like Debbie, who makes breakfast at the Phelps so enjoyable. The room is clean and has a beautiful view, and the employees are so friendly. The location is also excellent, right next to the park.

We ate breakfast on Saturday morning at 101. She was welcoming and a pleasure to interact with. She brightened our morning by laughing a little with my son to ensure that we were doing well. Thinking about her, I still grin, and loved her.
