They offered a free nightly rate for 100 dollars plus tax, but I thought I should just have paid more money on top of that as well. And they did an amazing job of cleaning it. Even though the lobby floor was so filthy like nothing else had been cleaned in a long time, the vibes were so noisy. The employees were very rude and unfriendly. The coffee section in the room was dirty, the floor grout in the bathroom was dark gray and not white under the sink. The only positive things are the room cleanliness.

This hotel is not special but okay. The personnel is courteous, and everything is clean. The breakfast area is nice and clean. The food is always full and fresh, hot. The $250 per night room hold on a credit card seems ridiculous. But we were told it was standard and even on a placard at the reception.

We will certainly return to this property. Our suite was spotless and comfortable, and it had everything we could have asked for during our visit. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, and included hot cooked items, fruit, cereal, and baked goods. The property was quiet and well-kept. There was plenty of parking, and we always felt safe and secure. The meeting area was ideal for our family reunion! The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to our every need.

We were having a family reunion here. The place was beautiful and all, but the basketball court and bean bags were the highlight for my teens. The staff was incredibly patient with the boisterous hodulik clan. I would definitely stay at this chain on vacation.

It was great to have family reunion here, the hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely come back and recommend booking for family gatherings, baby showers and parties.

The place was not as I had anticipated. The personnel was helpful. The front desk personnel can occasionally be a little disinterested, but if you want to engage in a conversation, they are gracious. The cleaning personnel was quite accommodating. Every day, my room was cleaned, a bed made, and enough clean towels were provided. There were no complaints about the cleaning. When I requested it, I even received an extra pillow. The mattress was firm, and my soft bed sleeper was no problem at all. I had a good night's sleep. I had a strong internet connection both inside and outside of the building, and it was fast. The room was a little outdated by comparison to other nations I had traveled to, but by American standards, it was adequate. There were more than enough satellite channels, and occasionally I would hear a plane. It was not disturbing that many of the visitors are visiting the hotel for a lengthy stay, so I assume many of the visitors are there because some of the children went to school. I wasn't disturbed by the air conditioner's a little loudly kicking it. By car, the nearby bed was easy to get to, and it was close to stores and a highway. Two things that I'd like to see differently would be the bright white lights next to the bed. I prefer less white than white. Daily breakfast included scrambled eggs,

This hotel is highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again. The main room is clean and comfortable. We have easy access to the toilet and our hotel room. Our hotel room was very clean and very comfortable.
