Great hotel! Beautiful rooms, amazing places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was the alleyway by my room had garbage truck getting all the trash from dumpsters at 5:30am. Extremely loud and went on for 15 min or so. Not the hotel’s fault and I’m nitpicking but it was very loud at such an early morning time

The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. My room was nice, clean and well organized. Plus they provided little bonuses like a disposable toiletries kit including q-tips, a nail file and other things people are likely to forget. The nail file came in handy. Plus, there's fun trivia woven into the decor (if you're into that kind of thing.) :D

We enjoyed this hotel immensely..After many hotel stays in Boise, we found the”Sparrow”a breath of fresh air..On-site parking, bright and cheerfully quirky rooms.., a real “Scandi”feel, with decor paying homage to local flora and fauna. Walking distance to everything downtown and super comfortable furnishings and amenities..We will definitely be back!

I cannot rate the Sparrow more highly. It was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfy and the location is excellent. The best part is the TV setup, as silly as it sounds but I travel often for work and having the ability to stream from my phone is rare. I was thrilled to be able to stream Love Island. Also the robes were so great that I bought for back home! I’d stay here again and again!

The staff was very accommodating-letting us leave our car in the hotel spot after check out. It made our day very smooth while visiting Boise.

Although amenities were minimal, the beds were super comfy and had the best sheets. Room was very clean and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending down thw street.

The staff at check-in was phenomenal! Very helpful and clearly explained how the parking and pet fees worked. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was excellent; and the amenities were perfect. They were even dog blankets & pup-menities. I appreciate the effort they make for those that travel with dogs. Parking is limited, but easy to use. Cafe downstairs has excellent coffee, liquor selections and good pastries.
