Excellent location easy stroll to famous cemetery and inexpensive drive into Washington or cheap uber. Shopping nearby. Excellent and unusual free parking in the area. Parking underneath and elevator up. Simple. The rooms are comfortable. The building is older but well kept. There is no repair currently with restrictions. This was the cheapest hotel I could find in a good location with decent reviews for our Washington visit. We were pleased with the choice.

The hotel itself needs an overhaul. The rooms are big but old. The bed was very firm but the pillow was nice and soft. The bathroom felt dirty. The mirror and walls had dried debris stuck to them. The faucet did not function properly. Breakfast was varied. I was fine for one night but I was happy to check out. Please clean the elevator doors.

The check-in process was easy, the facilities were good clean, and the location was convenient, except for the car being snatched from the cab, I ended up using the Uber. Overall my stay was great. The facilities were clean. The staff was polite and friendly.

The hotel photograph does not match the actual room. The kitchen has granite counters, the remainder of the suite has vanished. The facility appears safe, and the front desk staff speaks and appears to know everyone who arrives. The laundry facility is convenient. The view of the Washington monument from the room was great. The suite itself was tired and needs a refreshment for the current century. I won't stay here again.

Nice room and a great shower. Small staff no interaction. Good and tidy lobby. Great gym with 4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a bike. Weights up to 50 les plus some missing lifting machines. The drinking fountain was broken. 2 miss Great location close to the airport general 9. 3

This hotel is conveniently located for a trip to Washington, D.C. The courthouse metro stop, which has been in direct contact with dulles airport since midnovember 2022, is only a brief walk away. The personnel at the front desk was welcoming. On the 1st floor, we stayed in a sizable suite room. Although clean, it had a vintage and worn out appearance. Because of its two beds, a dining table, and a kitchen, this room was quite comfortable to us. On the top floor, the hotel offers breakfast, with a fantastic perspective of both the capitol and national monument visible from the hotel. Both the capitol and washington do capitol and the National Monument are visible from the hotel. There was a nice assortment of warm and cold cuisine, and it was served on genuine plates and genuine cutlery. Only the free availability of coffee and water in the corridor kept us entertained.

The hotel was affordable, and they serve cheap rates. Even though the carpet was dirty, they clean it with the vacuum. The restroom was spotless, and the bed was clean as well. Even though this hotel looks older, I'm satisfied, if you come here, do not expect too much.

The hotel is old and outdated. In the corridors, the carpets had terrible stains. The elevators appeared tired and required some attention. I found the staff to be unhelpful or hospitable. There was a safe in the room, but the staff lacked the necessary information to use it. An uber ride to the national mall was about 13 dollars one way, be careful how far you walk it cost us 34 dollars back! Nice restaurants in Raleigh are about a 15 minute walk away. The area felt secure.

This hotel is in a good location near the metro to go downtown. I felt sorry for the staff working there. They try to do a great job! However, I can imagine they spend all day apologizing or problem solving for a product that is very run down. The whole place needs a makeover. The positives were the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bedding, breakfast ok, inexpensive parking compared to other places$ 15 location, but most importantly friendly helpful staff.

Very professional service and a clean accommodation. Even though it is only 15 minutes away from the metro and at 38 degrees it is not good for walking in this place. Breakfast is very tasty and has good taste. And then the bed is very comfy.

It was reasonably priced. In a tidy room, a fridge and a microwave are included. There was a bus stop at the top of the hill and the area was peaceful. George Town and the cemetery were both nearby. Although it doesn't have luxury, the facility was kept in a tidy and strategically placed location.

I had a little difficult room request when I arrived, but Savanna and Almighty were patient and helpful in making sure my request was fully met. This hotel has a great atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay at least one night. On our way home, my husband and I stopped by and stayed at the econolodge in Arlington. The room was tiny, the hotel is clean, and the staff is very nice.

This hotel is in a strategic position in my opinion, from a tourism perspective. The rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and clean obviously our rooms were abandoned after being cleaned for three days in a row, and the beds and towels were messy to change. The room must be cleaned by an appropriately decorated hotel by noon. Toilet issues, personally, I find it a little low for the norm. Another problem is the magnetic key, they have to replace the locking system or renew it, and the cards are continually demagnetized. Yes, the rest of the service is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I was there for a conference in Crystal City, but I wished I had reserved a less expensive hotel a few miles further away. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared to be safe, and the restaurant's food was excellent. The wifi in my room left me astonished. When a visitor didn't function, a staff member gave me the password to the other wireless system, but that also didn't work. The signal was simply too weak. Many less expensive hotels offer reliable wireless. Marriott should follow their example. Finally, I discovered that the wifi worked in the lobby and the restaurant. When I arrived, I was able to locate the hotel, and I didn't mind that there was no sign. I didn't mind that the lobby and restaurant were decorated with dead sticks arranged in pots, that the sink in my bathroom didn't drain, or that the shampoo smelled like asphalt. I did not mind feeling taken advantage of. The price was unbelievable.

Although it is a plain property, the staff makes you feel at home. I landed at about nine in the morning after all night flight, and the front desk clerk graciously gave me my room at that time. They gave excellent service throughout my visit. The bed was a reasonable size and comfortable. This hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood that seems to be an upscale neighborhood with numerous restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for individuals on a tight budget!. I appreciate the exceptional service they provided throughout my stay. The room was a respectable size. There are no bells and whistles on the property that is obsolete, but in that regard, great service and cleanliness make up for it. The complimentary breakfast was excellent in fact.

I will stay here again. The room was perfect, including the new AC unit. My check-in experience was great. They give us something when we asked for something. The hotel was quiet and clean, and I stayed here for 3 days without any complaints.

Due to a flight delay, my wife and I spent the night at this location. A beautiful hotel, at a reasonable price. Since our flight left at 514 a.m., we had to ring an uber for a pick-up service, which worked out well. If 24-hour shuttle service had been offered, you would have thought that because it was so close to the airport would be a 5-out of 5.

This might be my new favorite place to stay in the do area. We had a spacious room like a small apartment. The kitchen did not have an oven. Breakfast was good. They stay open until 900 even on weekends. Very reasonable price. Not far from the court house metro station. Short drive to Arlington cemetery, tidal basin, and mall. I saw restaurants, shopping and a grocery store not far away.
