We enjoyed this hotel twice. The first time, we stayed in a superior room, which was well appointed. It was contemporary, clean, and extremely comfortable. We had a great view of Concord from our apartment. On our second visit, we took the penthouse for 250 USD, which is an incredible value! The living area is an open concept, the bedroom has a large bathroom and a jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed the festival below us in the plaza painters performing while the sun set over Argentina on our rooftop sundeck. very romantic.

This hotel is good for salt if you don't mind that it is not in a big capital city. But this is enough for a quick business trip. But the breakfast is mediocre as is the restaurant.

To visit the hot springs, we came to Salt, but could not find a facility within a thermal complex that met our needs. All were too basic for us oldies to be comfortable, so we opted for the Salt Hotel and drove every day to the Cayman Spa, just a few minutes out of town. The salt hotel was great, but the room was a little small. Parking is the major down side for us, as we have said multiple times here, but it is really worse than that. Each time you want to leave the car outside, you must request the garage gate remote control from reception. Walk around and a half to your vehicle, and then drive back to the hotel to drop the remote back. You must also walk around the block because of the oneway roads to do so. Of course, you must complete the entire process in reverse when you return from your journey. So really think twice before driving anywhere. On the plus side, the hotel is situated next to the main district, so it's very useful. In my opinion, this hotel would definitely get five stars if it weren't for the parking problem.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Saltwater. The room was quite comfortable. The shower took a long time to get really hot. I like the breakfast buffet which has a wide range of food and fruits like all the other breadchips in Uruguay. The receptionists spoke excellent English. The bus terminal costs 200 pesos to pay for taxis.
