The staff is very friendly. Make us feel welcome. The room was excellent, very spacious and had nice views, especially the shower, suitable for business and family activities. I like the modern design, the pool was fun for the kids and the gym was first class. We loved the breakfast buffet. We ordered a meal from room service and the restaurant's food was so delicious. Worth the price. We'll definitely return.

I would recommend this place to my friends who had an idea about staying at this place. The room is good condition and very modern. The bed is comfortable. They served an amazing breakfast buffet but in the end the restaurant is probably to be avoided. We spent 30 minutes waiting for a terrible pizza made straight from the freezer.

The hotel has good quality and friendly staff. The room is good 505 with the perfect bed. The water temperature is comfortable. In the pool there are nice lounges. Breakfast in both western and Vietnamese. The hotel has a gym. The restaurant also serves Western and local food. The surroundings are not checked as I am locked up due to Corona.

As stated in an earlier review, the hotel is relatively new. The lobby and common areas have nicely done with many stones and glass. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large. The room was clean and well-lit. My room had a separate shower and tub, both of which were large. As the location is on the edge of the city center, there aren't many shops or restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was good, but during our two night stay, we didn't eat other meals at the hotel.

Very nice rooms, good restaurants, and a nice atmosphere. The staff are all great and really go out of their way to please all of their guests. Maybe because it was quiet and not many people were staying there coronavirus effect? The bar closed at 10 pm which seemed very early to us westerners. The bar snacks were great, as was the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the rooftop bar and the side restaurant were both closed for a return.
