Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were the nicest staff i have ever met in any hotel ive stayed in while in hanoi, they went above and beyond for everything!.

A hotel where you will feel great! Ive been to many places in Asia, Africa, America, and Europe, but there have never been any hotel staff as friendly and helpful. Since i made the reservation through booking com, they also contacted me on WhatsApp asking if they could offer me transportation from the airport, a choice of optional excursions, assistance, etc. What kind of bed would you like in the room. When the hotel personnel discuss everything with you in advance, you feel secure. They welcomed us with free tea, coffee, bananas, rice cake when we arrived at the motel. After checking us in four hours early, it was upgraded to deluxe room with tv and city view. We were given tips on how to get around town by them having put the card on our phone. The staff at grade 10! The hotel is conveniently located. You can stroll to the sights. With opulent linen, soft linens throughout, the mattress was very comfortable. Our travels favorite towels that smelled like flowers. Shampoo and bath soap also had odors. In the hotels vicinity, water is extremely warm. There are bath slippers in each room too. Bathrooms are tastefully furnished, with large televisions and oversized refrigerators included. Excellent value for money! Anytime with joy and confidence, im going back! The location is in the old quarter, close to everything. The rooms are clean and have nice beds, but the shower is not the best, it floods the bathroom a little every time and the water faucet is faulty. Apart from that it was ok with good service. Breakfast is also quite good. Overall great hotel in hanoi! All the staff are very nice and helpful, helping us with any questions.

Just spent five days here. Everything was made possible by the amazing and sincere personnel. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and caring they were. The room was reasonably priced and spotless. However, the wifi wasnt very fast. It was acceptable to check emails but not to view videos or anything else. I couldnt compare it to other hotels in hanoi because i had never been in other accommodations, so this is not something that would be standard across hanes. But the excellent customer service and general atmosphere of the stay more than made up for this. If ive ever stayed in Hanoi, ill most certainly stay here again.

I had a wonderful time here my room was immaculate and had lovely, spotless white linen. There is tv with all the streaming services you could hope for, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. Throughout my oneweek visit, the entire staff was amazing and assisted me in so many ways. In terms of location, they are right in the heart of the old quarters chaos. I cannot express how highly i recommend them!.

The deluxe room was a small room without tv. The furniture is quite old. Due to the thin walls, it is very noisy. However, the location is excellent.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hanoi. It has recently been renovated and is tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal a short walk away, right in the center, with tp bank freetouse, and great food options within walking distance. Excellent service was provided by all the staff, who were very attentive and helpful. We were given tea and coffee every time we were at reception, as well as our bags being carried to our room. When we left for the night train, they gave us water and snacks for our trip. Both times we stayed here were impressed. Thank you!.

This place offers excellent value for money, its small, spotless, and cozy. The staff was attentive. We had to cancel our overnight stay at the last minute because we had reserved a room with hlong bay crouise through them. They did their best to make alternative arrangements for us, accommodated us for another night, gave us supper, or upgraded our room (which we declined because it was windowless to block out the street noise). The only drawback was that breakfast was not offered at this hotel, which would have been very convenient in our situation. A special thanks goes to the travel agency agent, who made every effort to find us an excellent oneday tour to replace our canceled cruise due to bad weather. She kept us informed throughout the entire renovation process.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning keeps the rooms nice and cool. Location in the old quarter of hanoi makes the hotel a great place to start exploring ha Noi on foot. Had i stayed there and would definitely stay there again.

I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We ended up here after we had to change our previous hotel, so it turned out to be some kind of saving hotel for us. Very clean rooms, cozy and quite small, but no problem with that, staff amazing and helpful, close to where all the action is.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is great, there is a convenience store on the corner and it is close to many places where we want to go. I highly recommend the bun cha store right on your right side facing outside the hotel, its delicious!. Room is not big enough for 2 people, but if you consider the price you paid, it's reasonable. Its clean and has everything you need. Staff were amazing! They are genuine, professional and very caring. We also booked hu long bay trip in the hotels, must try! Wifi isnt that good, however it better than nothing. Will recommend this hotel to friends and ill choose this place unless i stay in hanoi in future!

We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! Very warm hospitality, good breakfast, safe, great travel advice on days out and great location. The rooms are nice and clean with beautiful interiors. The location is ideal because it is not too noisy and is also close to hoan kiem lake, train street, and night markets. The hotel is clean and wellmaintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Look for hoi at the front desk.
