1. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in: after 2 PM
- Standard check-out: before 11 PM

2. Housekeeping
- Complimentary cleaning service once a week for stays over 10 nights (includes towel and bed linen changes).
- Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
3. Parking
- Motorbike/bike parking available within the building (fee applies).
- Car parking available at nearby facilities (fee applies).
- Assistance with parking registration for long-term guests.
4. Facilities Access
- Swimming pool and gym: Open 6 AM to 9 PM daily.
** Please bring the access card when using shared facilities.
5. Electricity
- On entry: Please activate the main switchboard located near the apartment entrance.
- Before leaving: Kindly turn off all circuits to conserve energy.
6. Heated Water
- Activate water heaters using switches inside the bathroom (red light indicates ON).
- Please turn off after use.
7. Induction Stove
- Press both the power icon and unlock icon before using.
8. Intercom System
- Visitors can call by inputting your apartment number at the lobby intercom.
- You can unlock the lobby door via the apartment’s intercom panel.
9. Apartment Rules
- Please adhere to the following regulations to ensure a pleasant environment for all residents:
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (no parties or loud noises).
- No Illegal Substances: Absolutely prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking allowed only on the balcony.
- No Durian: Please do not bring durian into the apartment.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Respect the Property: Any damages or losses will be subject to repair/replacement charges.
⚠️ Violation of any house rules will result in a $100 penalty per occurrence.
