For reservations with payment at the property: For stays of 1–3 nights: Guests must contact the property and complete full payment immediately after booking. For stays of 4 nights or more: A deposit of 50% of the total booking value must be paid within 24 hours after a successful reservation. If we are unable to contact the guest, or if the required payment/deposit is not completed within the specified time, the booking will not be confirmed and will be automatically canceled without prior notice, in accordance with our deposit policy. Guests are required to contact the property directly via Zalo or WhatsApp to receive check-in instructions and access key details. Failure to contact the property in advance may result in difficulties accessing the room, and the property shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
