I heartily suggest this hotel. They are incredibly helpful and kind. I felt at home. The hotel is elegant and spotless. The beach is a twominute stroll away. A lovely spa and a really good restaurant that serves supper are both close by. Imagine the lovely summer evenings when you return home barefoot and sandcovered from sand after spending the day at the beach. You meet friends and family. You chat around the pool and place your meals order, all while still grin and praising the time you spend together.

We had a great time here. After traveling, we were looking for peace and relaxation, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that. The hotel is run by two lovely sisters who are incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and of very high quality. The beach is stunning, and the neighborhood boasts numerous small restaurants and cafes, making it convenient to explore the area without having to use a car. Thank you!.

We had a great time at the watermark and decided to stay longer because we wanted to stay as long as possible! The hotel is managed by the sweetest two sisters who assisted us with tours, transportation, and sending packages to our home country. It is a lovely place, spotless, and situated on a peaceful street with fantastic cafes that lead down to the beach. It is simple to take a grab taxi to hoi an old town, use the free bikes, or rent a scooter and explore the area. Our top recommendations!.

We have been here for 5 days and are loving it. Perfect quiet location down a quiet lane, a 1-2minute walk to the beach. The beach is clean and beautiful, and you can use sun loungers with umbrellas which you need as it is very hot! The hotel is spacious and modern, with only 7 rooms, i think. Nice healthy breakfast, great staff, opposite a great cafe and spa. I have no negative feedback at all! I will be back with a friend in her 70 s who needs flat ground and easy access to the beach due to health issues. This is the perfect hotel and location for her. 10/10 from me!.

We were immediately drawn to this lovely hotel the moment we walked in. The staff is very welcoming and offered us a cup of ginger tea while introducing us to our room. The decor is modern and beautiful and we loved the variety at breakfast every morning, the coffee is so good! They were happy to arrange motorbike rental (it only takes 10 minutes to go to hoi an) and share what places to visit and where to eat. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the location right by the beach. Its really easy to get into hoi an, by grab or bicycle.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, lovely big bathrooms and nice balconies. Filtered water was provided in the fridge and also a wellstocked minibar. A varied breakfast menu was included which we chose the night before. The pool looked nice but the weather wasnt ideal so we didnt actually use it. The hotel is located in a village with several nice restaurants and a great spa called kai spa very close by. The beach is a short walk away and taxis into hoi an are easy to take. Very good value for money with a friendly and helpful owner.

Our stay at the watermark beachside hotel was fantastic. The staff is very nice and wants to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel has very nice furniture, made in vietnam. Walking to the beach took us only 2 minutes. Around the hotel we could find some cute restaurants and mini markets so we didnt have to drive to the city of we needed something. Breakfast was perfect for us, instead of buffet, we could choose what to eat and the food was freshly served. Everything was very delicious! This is how we define relaxing holidays a quiet place, a nice atmosphere and very nice staff. Thank you tanya for everything.

Our home away from home for the last ten days. We stayed here with our two small children and it was the perfect place for us. Thuy and the team are so great and it was very hard to leave. If you are looking for a quiet, small place with great service, this is the right hotel. Also doesnt feel like a business but rather like staying with friends and our kids love thuy and the staff. The location is great with only 100 meters to the beach and lots of restaurants, spas etc nearby. Breakfast is great and the rooms are very big and nicely furnished with a high quality standard. The pool is beautiful and clean with lots of shade and somehow they manage to keep it cool and refreshing. Except at the 5. 220 usd nigjt resort where we were before - the pool had 36 degC there. Thuy helped us get some very nice linen clothes made and the fitting etc was done right at the hotel. Prices and quality are great. They also organized several trips for us and it is great if you have someone you can trust and who makes honest recommendations and doesnt just want to make money. The only downside of the watermark is that it will probably be very hard to find another hotel that can over the same.

What a wonderful place! Beautiful and considerate touches. It is obvious that the owners have given this place their heart. Breakfast is delicious, you are only steps from the beach, and you can ride the free bikes into town. We will be back.

Fantastic location. Our family loved it there because we had 2 connecting rooms and they added an extra single bed for our 3 d daughter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and the pool and breakfast are excellent. Beach and family friendly, familyrun restaurants very close by.
