The Cendeluxe is great hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, from the bellhops that met us at the front door to the staff at the front desk. Although the rooms are air conditioned, the lobby and hallways are not, which is a minor inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is very good and the view of Tuy Hoa is outstanding.

Brick and mortar make a building, but the staff create the experience. I was only there for one night, but every interaction with the staff was pleasant, professional and accommodating. When in Tuy Hoa, the Cendeluxe will be my home.

This is a beautiful facility. Some areas could use a fresh up. Major concern is the difficulty to enter the bath tub. It is a deep soaker tub with the controls on the side. The faucet is too close to the tub and the entire thing get soaked with water. So you have to scale the tub to enter and after your shower water is everywhere- accidents waiting to happen. Breakfast is great, service is beyond great and over all nice place Ishmael so under used.
