Special Protocol

Before you travel, make sure you have checked and prepared travel requirements, such as a COVID-19 free certificate, visa suspension & quarantine rules at origin, transit / connection, and destination. 

Starting from 1 December 2020, Jetstar passengers originating from Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Phnom Penh will be able to transit through Singapore Changi Airport to cities approved for transit within the Jetstar Asia network, if their connection is within 48 hours. Refund

The conditions for submitting refund are as follows:

• Vouchers cannot be cashed either in cash or credit card balances if the vouchers are not exchanged.
• Vouchers can be exchanged more than one time if there is still balance available in the voucher. To check voucher balance click here.
• Vouchers are not transferable

Reschedule

• Reschedule fee will be waived
• Submissions are made at the airline's website
• Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply

Reroute

• Submitting a re-route can be done while using the same airline
• Submissions are made at the related airlines
• If the reroute ticket price is greater than the Voucher value given, the price difference will be paid by the passenger. If the ticket price is lower than the Voucher given, then the price difference will not be given to the passenger.
