UAE Entry Requirements

• COVID-19 remains a risk in the UAE. Monitor media for the latest information and follow the advice of local authorities.

• You don't need to present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or do a PCR test to enter the UAE.

• Passengers departing from or transiting through Dubai are required to meet the entry or transit requirements of their transit or final destination.

• Measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 have been further relaxed. You no longer need a green pass to enter public venues in the UAE.
• Al Hosn App use will be limited to proof of vaccination and test results inside and outside the country upon request

 

Transit Policy

• Passengers transiting in Dubai must follow the same PCR test requirements as applicable for passengers arriving/entering Dubai.

• You are allowed to transit through Abu Dhabi (AUH) for a maximum of 24 hours. If the transit time exceeds 12 hours, you must have a confirmed airside hotel booking.

• To transit through Abu Dhabi International Airport for a period between 8 hours to 4 days, you must apply for a Transit Visa. More information can be found on Etihad’s official website.
