Philipines borders are fully opened for passengers who have been fully vaccinated or received a booster shot.

• Passengers aged 15 and above will be exempted from the testing requirement as long as they can present proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination.
  • The test must be taken within 24 hours from their departure from the country of origin. 
  • Unvaccinated children aged 14 and below are not required to be vaccinated, but they need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian who complies with their own entry requirements.
• All inbound passengers will also be required to register via the eTravel Portal, which will replace the One Health Pass requirement.
  • For passengers who were not able to pre-register, there will be special lanes set up for arriving passengers to comply with the eTravel registration.
• Several destinations in the Philippines have opened to fully vaccinated passengers, exempting them from the requirement of obtaining a negative RT-PCR or rapid COVID test for travel.
