Instant Point Cashback is a feature that sends you cashback, in the form of Blibli Tiket Points, instantly after your booking is issued. The best part is you can immediately use the points to spend less on your next trip.
1. Select a product
Open tiket.com. Search and choose the products you want, then continue to pay.
2. Apply promo
Apply cashback promo on the payment page. You’ll receive a message if you’re eligible to receive the instant cashback.
3. Complete your payment
After the order is issued, you’ll receive the cashback points, which you can immediately use on your next transaction.
Instant Point Cashback is a feature offered by tiket.com, specifically designed for all users to get Blibli Tiket Points faster and eligible for their next transaction.
Any refund for a transaction using Instant Point Cashback will deduct the refund amount equivalent to the Instant Point Cashback used by the user. If the Instant Point Cashback has been used in full or partially, then the refund amount will be deducted by the value of the Instant Point Cashback that was redeemed.
Upon rescheduling for a transaction with Instant Point Cashback, any rescheduling payment (if any) will be deducted based on the previously used Instant Point Cashback amount. If the amount of the rescheduled transaction is lower than the original transaction, then the user will get a refund for the price gap following the payment mechanism used in said transaction. This deduction or refund will be reflected in the amount details.
As of 1 October 2025, points from promos (cashback and instant cashback) will be valid for 3 months after receipt. Meanwhile, points earned from transactions will be valid for 1 year after receipt.

Does this feature apply to all products available on tiket.com?
No, the Instant Point Cashback feature is only available for certain products that are set up by the tiket.com team.
How do I know if I am eligible to receive Instant Point Cashback?
On the payment page, upon applying cashback or hybrid promo, we will show users when the point will be injected. Instant Point Cashback receivers will be shown the copy of “Get XX point cashback after the transaction succeeds."
Can I cancel or change the schedule of one of my trips if the ticket from my transaction has 2 different order details?
For cancellations or schedule changes at the order detail level, the financing/deduction of points will be based on the total points divided by the number of order details.
For Flights transaction with 1 booking code, full or partial cancellation or change of flight schedule will be subject to a deduction of the total points you get from the entire transaction.
For cancellations or changes to flight schedules per passenger in the same or different booking codes, the full terms in the previous points (4 and 4.1) will also apply.
Can I refund or reschedule on the traveler level of my order? What will happen to my cashback?
Upon rescheduling for a specific traveler (ex. Mr X only), the amount of cashback borne to user payment is the amount of cashback dedicated to that order detail.
Upon refund for a specific traveler, cashback points will be revoked based on the amount of cashback dedicated to that order detail.
If the cashback has been revoked or borne upon the user for payment on a specific traveler, then refund or reschedulement for other travelers on the same order detail will not make changes to user cashback.
What will happen to the instant point cashback initially injected to my account if I do a refund?
If users have not utilized their previously earned cashback points, those points will be revoked from their accounts. However, if the cashback points have been used, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the points that were redeemed.
How can I know the amount deduction in refund and reschedule?
User will be able to check the deductions detail in the refund detail page from the payment detail. Please see below for the steps:

What is the difference between deduction from cashback “Blibli Tiket Points” and “Refund Amount”?
Blibli Tiket Points: The amount of points revoked from user’s account
Refund Amount: The IDR amount that is being deducted based on the value of previously earned points that has been redeemed.
If I reschedule my trip, what will happen to my cashback points?
Upon rescheduling, the cashback points that was previously injected to users will be added to the payment that will be done to users.
If the rebooked price is higher than the initial booking price, then the injected cashback amount will be added to the price that needs to be paid by users. If the rebooking price is lower, then the refunded amount that is sent to users will be deducted by the amount of injected points.
