1. Login to your tiket.com account
2. Go to My Order menu or click into the “Upcoming Flights” on the homepage. If your flight is available for online check-in, you will see “It’s check-in time” information
3. Click on the flight you want to check-in online and make sure the status is “Online Check-in available”
4. Read the terms and conditions and click continue to proceed
5. Check again your flight details
6. Choose your preferred seat (if available)
7. The online check-in process is complete, click to see your boarding pass or access via My Order menu
1. Why do I need to do online check-in?
By using the online check-in feature, you no longer need to queue at the airport and can immediately get your boarding pass.
2. Who can do online check-in?
Online check-in can be done by tiket.com user who has logged in and purchased the flight ticket through tiket.com
3. When I can do online check-in?
The time for online check-in is different for each airline. You can do an online check-in when the status “Online Check-in Available" appears on "Upcoming Flight" or My Order.
4. Do I have to do online check-in for all passengers on my booking ID?
Yes. tiket.com system requires all passengers in one booking ID to check-in online.
5. What airlines that is available for online check-in?
Online check-in can only be done for certain airlines such as Garuda Indonesia.
6. Is online check-in free?
Yes. tiket.com does not charge any fees to use online check-in feature
7. How do I know my online check-in is successful?
You will get a confirmation of success and also a boarding pass which can be accessed on My Order menu. You will also get a boarding pass via email
8. Can I request a refund or reschedule after online check-in has done?
No. After you have successfully done online check-in, you cannot request a cancellation, refund, or reschedule.
9. Can I request a refund with the Worry-Free feature after checking-in online?
No. Submission of a refund with the Worry-Free feature can only be done if you have not done online check-in.
