Refund is available for transactions with Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance.
During the refund process, your PayLater bill will continue normally until the refund process is complete. You can repay your current PayLater bill before the due date to avoid late fees and limit deactivation.
After the refund process is complete, if you have not made a bill payment, then the funds will be fully refunded to your PayLater limit. If the bill payment has been made, the funds will be allocated to pay other PayLater bills (if any) or if there are no other PayLater bills, then you can contact tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS to process the refund to your account.
tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS, as tiket.com’s partner, will check the customer's billing status; if it is in accordance with the conditions above, tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS will ask for the customer's bank account information and carry out the refund process. Funds will be transferred to the customer's account within 14 calendar days after the information is received by tiket.com's CS, Blibli’s CS, and/or Indodana Finance’s CS
However, the amount of refund will depend on the product's terms and conditions you purchased. It is important to know that you will not receive a full refund because the installment fee that has been paid is non-refundable. To submit a refund, you can contact:
