Redeem the code you acquired from the event and activity organizers to purchase tickets on To Dos earlier than everyone else. Don’t forget to log in to your tiket.com account before redeeming your special code.

1. Log in and select To Dos
Log in to your tiket.com account and go to the To Dos page.
2. Select your activities
Search and select the activities you want.
3. Find the package with a special label
You can only buy the packages with a special label if you have a special code.
4. Verify your code
Make sure to enter the code correctly on the ‘Order Details’ page. Otherwise, we cannot process your order.
5. Choose the number of tickets
After the code is verified, you can choose the number of tickets you want to order. Make sure not to exceed the maximum amount allowed.
6. Fill in the order details
Complete the required information on the order form.
7. Continue payment
Make the payment to complete your transaction.
8. Transaction successful
Yay! Your e-ticket will be sent to your email address, or you can see it on the My Order page.
1. What happens when I tap on the “Continue Payment” button?
When you tap the “Continue Payment” button, the order will be made, and your special code will be automatically redeemed. If you leave the payment page, even before completing your payment, your purchase and transaction quota with the special code will be reduced accordingly.
2. I cannot continue with my order and received a message that the ticket is currently in high demand. What does this message mean?
If this message appears, other users are also looking to buy the ticket you want. Please wait because your order is being processed.
3. Can I change my order details?

4. Can I share my special code with other people?
No, you are not allowed to share your special code with other people.
