Do I have to invite people who do not have tiket.com accounts?
You can invite all your friends, whether they have an account or not.All they have to do is log in!
Can I use the vouchers after the campaign is over?
Unfortunately, you can only use the rewards during the campaign for now.
Where can I check the voucher Terms & Conditions?
After you get the voucher, you can click the Info menu on the voucher in the rewards menu.
How long will the Share & Win last?
You can check the duration on the Share & Win page after it starts.
What if the friend I invite doesn't have a tiket.com account?
Your friend just needs to log in to tiket.com and create an account. After that, you both get the rewards right away!
Can I share my unique link on social media?
Of course you can! You can share it via social media, messaging apps, or email. You only need to get 7 friends to click on your link to get all the rewards!
Can I invite the same person multiple times?
You can invite the same person once. After they click on your link, you will not be able to invite them again. The friends who have clicked on your link will appear at the top of Share & Win page.
General Terms & Conditions
- Share & Win is a campaign that allows tiket.com users (“User”) to earn rewards by inviting User’s friends (“Friend”) to participate in tiket.com’s promotional campaigns. Users can reach milestones by inviting Friends and receive rewards upon achieving each milestone.
- This Share & Win campaign is available exclusively on the tiket.com mobile app.
- The Share & Win Program period is as determined by tiket.com as stated on the Share & Win program landing page.
- Users who have tiket.com account are eligible to invite potential Friend. Potential Friend must already have tiket.com account and visit tiket.com through the User’s unique link containing a share code (“Link”).
- When a potential Friend clicks the Link and logs in to tiket.com, they will be counted towards the User’s invitation milestone and become a Friend.
- Friends who have accessed a Link from a User cannot be re-invited by the same User however they can still be invited by other Users during the same Share & Win Program period.
- Users are automatically unable to invite additional Friend after reaching all Milestones determined by tiket.com during such Share & Win campaign.
- Rewards will be issued in the form of promo codes, and only Users who have achieved the required milestone will be eligible for the rewards.
- Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other Users, please be advised that the promo codes shall have an expiration period, which will be specified in the promo code terms and conditions.
- The terms and conditions for using promo codes, as well as specific details about each promo code, will follow the information provided on the corresponding promo detail page.
- Reward will be issued in the form of promo codes that can only be used when the User is logged into the tiket.com mobile app.
- Please be advised that the number of available promo codes are as stated in the Share & Win program landing page. Users will only be able to use the promo code if the quota for using the promo code is still available at the time of purchase.
- tiket.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of any User or Friend found to be participating in fraudulent activities, such as manipulating invitation counts. Any rewards earned through such actions will be voided.
- tiket.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Share & Win program at any time without prior notice. Changes may include but are not limited to, adjustments in the number of Friends required for milestones, the rewards offered, the promo code quota, or the duration of the campaign. Users are encouraged to regularly check the campaign page or the tiket.com mobile app for updates.
- This Share & Win campaign is free of charge. User and Friend will not be asked to make any payment to participate. For any questions or issues related to the Share & Win campaign, User can contact tiket.com’s customer service through the app or by calling (021) 3973 0888.
- Any information provided during participation in the Share & Win campaign, including Friend’s data, will become the property of tiket.com. tiket.com reserves the right to use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- By participating in the Share & Win campaign, User agree that their data and the data of their Friend, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, and friend connections, can be used by tiket.com for future marketing and promotional purposes. This may include receiving communications about tiket.com’s products, services, and upcoming promotions.
- tiket.com reserves the right to reject the participation of User or Friend in the Share & Win campaign if there are indications of violations of the applicable Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to activities related to fraudulent actions, use of accounts that have previously been blocked or terminated, or abuse of the program in any manners. tiket.com also reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate User’s participation at any time if there are activities that are considered to violate the integrity of the Share & Win Program
- By participating in the Share & Win campaign, both User and Friend are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of any dispute, the matter will be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled by the Customer Dispute Settlement Agency in Jakarta, without prejudice to tiket.com’s right to take legal action in any court across Indonesia.
- These Terms & Conditions are provided in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
