What is Ticket Alert?

Is the train ticket you’re looking for sold out or not yet available for purchase? No need to worry, t-mates! Train Alert is here to help.

 

Train Alert is a feature that lets you save details such as your preferred train route, departure time, and train class and notify you when a ticket that fits the criteria becomes available. It will send you a notification straight to your phone so that you won’t miss a thing.

 

But before you use this feature, remember to register your phone number on the tiket.com app.

How To Activate Ticket Alert During the Pre-sale Period

Click "Activate Ticket Alert" if you can’t find the ticket you want on the search results page.

Select the departure time and train class you want to book, then click "Activate".
