To ensure your comfort and cleanliness while using tickets and hotels booked from tiket.com, the following are the hygiene protocols applied by partners with tiket CLEAN label.
All passengers and staff will undergo a body temperature check before boarding flight (max. of 37.5 degrees Celcius).
All passengers and staff are required to wear a mask at all times and gloves during dining times.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available on-premises or by request to the staff.
All aircraft facilities are required to be thoroughly disinfected and increase cleaning frequency on high touch areas:
Social distancing rules will be implemented on all operation protocols before boarding and onboard the flight via signage and/or capacity limitation.
All aircraft are equipped with approved HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters onboard to filter out COVID-19.
