Body Temperature Check
All passengers and staff will undergo a body temperature check before boarding flight (max. of 37.5 degrees Celcius).
Personal Protective Equipment
All passengers and staff are required to wear a mask at all times and gloves during dining times.
Sanitation Kit Availability
Hand sanitizer will be readily available on-premises or by request to the staff.
Cleaning and Disinfection
All aircraft facilities are required to be thoroughly disinfected and increase cleaning frequency on high touch areas:
- Aircraft cockpit;
- Aircraft cabin and passenger areas (seats, ceilings, lavatory, floor, window, headrest cover, armrest, seatbelt, and overhead bin);
- Crew areas (galley and rest area);
- Aircraft cargo compartment.
Social Distancing Rules
Social distancing rules will be implemented on all operation protocols before boarding and onboard the flight via signage and/or capacity limitation.
HEPA Filters
All aircraft are equipped with approved HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters onboard to filter out COVID-19.
