tiket FLEXI for To Dos is a new feature from tiket.com that allows you to book various tickets on any date you prefer. You’ll be able to decide when you want to do your favorite activities with a voucher redemption date up to one year later!

How to Find tiket FLEXI for To Dos

1. Go to the To Dos page

From tiket.com's homepage, go to the To Dos page. Scroll down to find the tiket FLEXI section. Tap "See all" or search activities based on the name or location in the search box.

2. Choose your activity

Check To Dos's products such as Attractions, Events, Tours, Playgrounds, Beauty & Wellness, Workshop, and many more. Tap on the category you are looking for and choose the activity you want.

3. Choose a package

Package 1: A voucher valid for 30 days after booking. You can come and enjoy activities anytime after making a reservation 3 days prior. Package 2: A voucher valid up to 1 year after the chosen date.

4. Input your order

Input the number of vouchers you want to book. Tap "Book Now" to continue the booking process.

5. Fill in the booking details

Complete all sections on "Booking Details" and "Visitor Details". Then, tap the "Continue to Payment" button to proceed.

6. Booking complete!

Email confirmation with an e-voucher will be sent to the registered email. You can also see your purchase on the Your Orders page.

These tiket FLEXI Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") apply and bind PT Global Tiket Network (hereinafter referred to as "tiket.com") and its Customers

tiket FLEXI is a program to give our Customers maximum flexibility in booking Tiket To Do partner product’s (“TTD Partner”) according to the date desired by the customer using voucher (open date voucher).
Customer may use the tiket FLEXI vouchers to make transactions on TTD Partner products on the date as desired by the Customer subject to the validity period of the tiket FLEXI vouchers.
With reference to the TTD Partner policies, the TTD Partner may charge surcharge fees for bookings on the high season periods (“high season surcharges”).
To redeem the voucher, Customer is required to bring the tiket FLEXI vouchers upon arrival and present it to the TTD Partner.
Customers are advised to pay attention to the specific details provided by the TTD Partner including the validity of the voucher before purchasing and redeeming the tiket FLEXI vouchers.
tiket FLEXI vouchers cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged for money.
Customers shall directly contact the TTD Partner to make reservation no later than 7 calendar days prior to arrival date.
Customer can change the reservation date at maximum 1 (one) time, provided that the change made is no later than 3 (three) calendar days prior the arrival date.
By purchasing the tiket FLEXI vouchers, the Customer hereby agrees, understands, and shall comply with these Terms and Condition.
Customers understand that in this transaction tiket.com only acts as a sales agent. Therefore, in the event of any claims, disputes or lawsuits arising from the implementation of the program provided herein is to be settled by the relevant parties.
These Terms and Conditions may be added or adjusted when needed in accordance with the development of the tiket.com applications and prevailing laws. Customers are encouraged to visit tiket.com applications regularly as to be aware of such changes.
