2. How does the tiket.com system determine my queue number and turn to buy tickets?

To ensure a fair ticket buying experience, queue and queue numbers will be determined based on 2 mechanisms:

  1. If you join the queue before the sale starts, your queue number and other waiting buyers will be assigned randomly.
  2. If you join after the sale starts, you will enter the queue from the end of the queue after the users who have queued before the sale starts or on a 'first come first serve' basis.3. Why is my queue number randomly assigned even though I queued before the sale started?
  3. The queue numbers for customers waiting before sales begin are assigned randomly to ensure a fair opportunity for all customers and to avoid purchasing activities using bots.

4. While waiting, can I know the updated information about ticket availability?

Yes, tiket.com will provide updates on ticket availability on the Waiting Room page. Make sure you don't close it and keep monitoring the page!

5. Will my queue number be lost if I close the application or browser?

We recommend not closing or refreshing your application or browser while waiting in the Waiting Room.

6. What happens if I miss my turn to book tickets?

You will be given 10 minutes to complete the purchase once it is your turn. If you miss your turn for more than 10 minutes, you will be asked to queue again from the back of the queue. So, don't forget to always monitor your queue regularly!

7. Why does my estimated time to enter the event product page keep changing?

The estimated time to enter the sales page can change due to the number of people in line in front of you and how many people are allowed to purchase tickets each minute, which can change at any moment.

8. Can I refresh the product page after passing the queue?

Yes, you can refresh the product page if your queue number is still valid (for 10 minutes after passing the queue). If you refresh after your queue number expires, you will be asked to queue again from the back of the line.
