Lubuk Linggau Station

Lubuk Linggau Station is located at Jl. Kalimantan in the city of Lubuk Linggau. As the main train station in Lubuk Linggau, it currently serves two passenger trains heading to Palembang and back alongside various cargo trains. Originally opened in 1933, it was planned as part of a region-wide network of stations spanning across South Sumatra, Riau, and Jambi. As construction ceased due to the Great Depression, it was designated as a terminal station for both Sindang Marga and Bukit Serelo trains. 

 

The station is located just a few hundred meters from the main road, where restaurants, hotels, and shops can be found. Facilities inside the station include nursing rooms, a health clinic, toilets, waiting areas and prayer rooms.
