El portero que cuida del lugar es una persona muy grosera le pregunté que donde podía estacionar y me contestó que donde pudiera que no tenían estacionamiento y cuando le dije que yo tenía 2 apartamentos en renta cambió su respuesta es súper grosero y falto de respeto nada amable con los huéspedes 👎

Easy communication with property owner. Location was ideal for walking around town. Parking was great... but be sure to arrive before 10pm, since the chain goes up. We arrived after that time the first night and ended up parking in front of the building. The condo was comfortable for 2 two people. The rooftop patio with pool was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

I love Barcelona Cancún! The apartment was very convenient to walkable restaurants and Walmart. A quick uber drive to other tourist areas. We stayed for 5 nights.

Perfect location in Cancun. Walking distance to car rental, restaurants and shopping. Space to park your car rental with onsite security. Team members respond quickly and the place was nice and clean. I definitley would stay there again.

Le condo n est pas completement équipé. Celui qui m a ete attitré n avais pas de laveuse, comme sur les photos. Nous sommes restes 10 jours et nous n'avons eu aucune communication avec les personnes responsables. On nous a pas expliqué ou mettre nos détritus et aucun produit, ou torchon, sac poubelle pour entretenir le condo pendant notre séjours. Les informations pour acceder au condo ont etes envoyées quelques heures avant notre arrivée, mais personnes pour nous accueillir ou nous ouvrir.

En general todo bien, la ubicación excelente, super cerca para tomar el transporte publico, cerca de 1 chedrahui, restaurantes, Ado y las instalaciones son tal como en las fotos, muy cómodo, lo unico que agregaria es tener ínsumos como sal y aceite para cocinar, pero e. General todo bien. Al reservar y pagar a traves de la app despues te llegan unos mensajes que pueden confundirte pq uno te vuelve a pedir pago para hacer como un precheckIn, no hagan caso, yo los ignore y no tuve tema con mi reserva

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans deux condos différents. Les unités sont très belles et fraîchement rénovées, mais plusieurs détails ont nui au séjour. Dans le premier condo (401), les draps avaient des taches jaunes, la robinetterie était lousse et l’équipement de cuisine était limité. Aucun produit ménager n’était fourni. Dans le second condo, la toilette n’était pas fixée au plancher et le divan était inutilisable, même dangereux. L’équipement de cuisine était complet, mais encore une fois aucun produit d’entretien n’était disponible. Les condos sont superbes et bien situés, mais corriger ces irritants — surtout pour un long séjour — ferait toute la différence. Notez que sur certaines photos vous voyez une laveuse. Vérifiez bien avec l'hébergement si c'est important pour vous. Nous deux unités n'en avaient pas. À noter : l’établissement offre 10 % de rabais pour un bon avis, ce qui peut expliquer certains commentaires trop positifs.

The location is good, but our rooms were very noisy as they faced a major road with heavy traffic throughout the day (sound-reducing windows would have been nice). There are many good restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get around due to the central location. The rooms are spacious, and we appreciated the kitchen, washing machine, and complimentary beach towels. However, there were no power outlets near the bed, which was quite inconvenient and felt like a big missed opportunity. Communication with the hotel was often frustrating. There were too many communication channels (Expedia, email, and WhatsApp), yet messages received on Expedia were only automated responses. WhatsApp was somewhat more effective for texting or calling, but even then, staff did not follow up on our request for clean towels or toilet paper. I escalated the issue through Expedia, but it was not resolved and Expedia gave us some OneKeyCash to compensate. Overall, I would not consider staying at this hotel again.
