No smoking inside the condo or common areas. • Please note that there is a fire extinguisher on each floor, located near the top of the stair cases; please only use in case of emergency. • Please note that there are emergency lights and security cameras on each staircase, as well as security cameras located outside around the parking areas. • Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 Pm and 8:00 Am. • No parties or large gatherings are permitted. • Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the room. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless approved in advance. • Please keep sand off the bed and furniture after visiting the beach. • Please ask for beach towels to take outside or to the beach; please do not use the white room towels. • Thailand has sensitive plumbing. Please do not flush toilet paper or any other product in toilet as it may cause blockage and backup; we ask that you use the waste receptacle provided in the bathroom. • Please note that the wifi details are located on the outside of the condo door. • Please conserve water and electricity, as it is expensive in Thailand. • Please close the balcony door and windows while Ac is on; this will prevent mosquitos from entering your room. • Please do not leave any food or wrapping outside of the refrigerator as you will attract ants. • Please stay away from monkeys, dogs, and cats while i
