Extra guests may lead to cancellation without refund. Quiet hours are after 8 PM weekdays and 10 PM. Violations may result in bond loss or eviction. Schoolies bookings must be disclosed immediately. Extra bonds apply, and undisclosed bookings may be cancelled without refund. Guests must follow local laws. Report property damage immediately and do not rearrange furniture. Lost keys incur a $150 fee and remotes or fobs $250. Lockouts incur a $100 callout fee. Report issues during your stay. No refunds for unreported issues after checkout. Check your listing for linen and towels. If not included, hire can be arranged with 7 days' notice. If the home has a pool/spa, use at your own risk, children must be supervised, no glass in the pool area. Use provided rubbish bins and notify us if full. Excess waste incurs charges. We are not responsible for external issues like power outages, construction, noise. No refunds are given for these. Lost property retrieval is $25.
